They said their stylist is on call, so they would get back to her to see when there is an opening and get back to me. I never got a call back any time so I had to keep calling to try for an appointment. I finally called for the 5th time and they then said they're not sure if the stylist is on vacation or not and they haven't gotten a call back for me. I got that information the 5th time I called. I never thought getting an appointment at a spa (which has a salon in it) would be so difficult. I understand that it's around the holidays but I do not understand why/how it is so difficult to just get an appointment. I just said the next opening; I didn't need an urgent appointment. But waiting two weeks is pushing it. I will be going elsewhere for highlights because of this. Will never go back.
