I never thought getting an appointment at a spa (which has a salon in it) would be so difficult. I understand that it's around the holidays but I do not understand why/how it is so difficult to just get an appointment. I just said the next opening; I didn't need an urgent appointment. But waiting two weeks is pushing it. I will be going elsewhere for highlights because of this. Will never go back.
