Salt room inside!
Katrine G.

It was my first time trying salt room and I couldn't be more pleased with the place. They just have opened up in Glenview ; I was lucky to get "grand opening" promotion and paid only $35! The place is beautiful, the stuff is super welcoming and nice! The salt room is made 100% with Himalayan salt and they sell some home goods with it. I bought a package of 12 sessions to see the results . Right now I feel great and breathing already better. Thanks guys

Infrared Sauna is amazing! You can book it for a private family session! Loved it!

I have been under a lot of stress for the last few months and not sleeping well and very tense... I have gone to get massages and stretching done with no relief to my tension and insomnia... I walked out so peaceful and relaxed and looking forward to my next visit. The place was so clean and following all covid protocols no worries going there.

This is my first time visiting Sors Salt Room. I'm IMPRESSED by the environment and the service they provide here. The salt room is very relaxing and chill to stay for each session. I'll definitely come back again!

This place is really a peaceful gem! The owner, Tim, is so friendly and excited about the health…read morebenefits of salt. Walking into The Salt Escape I immediately felt very relaxed and serene. Once I stepped inside the salt rooms, it was full on relaxation and quiet. The temperature and lighting was just right, there was quiet music playing in the background and the door is closed to block out any noise from the lobby area. Tim showed us the different areas of the salt rooms and the warming bench areas. There are pillows and blankets for additional comfort. I also tried the zero gravity chair in the main room. My favorite was just being able to lay down on the warming bench feeling the heat on my back while inhaling the pure air in the room. The salt air was clean and there are so much health benefits to being immersed in the salt setting. That night I slept incredible. Probably the best sleep I've had in a while! I loved my experience so much I pre-purchased additional hour sessions from Tim for future visits. Oh ... while you're there don't forget to say hi to Tim's sweet little dog. Batman! She's a relaxed little dog who is used to customers and people.

This was a birthday gift from my mom. I finally had a chance to use it…read more Every part of my experience was truly flawless, from booking the appointment to the continued communication, to my check-in. Very welcoming and impeccable hospitality. You know you are in for a good time of relaxing. Followed the host to a locker room; assigned a locker with a nice waffle knit robe and comfy cushioned slippers. Changed into my swimsuit and waited on the sofa for the next step. Offered a few choices of a beverage. I went with the sparkling wine. Perfectly chilled, semi sweet and refreshing. My first experience was the halo-therapy room. (Salt) Very comfortable; lights out, nice glow, comfy blanket. I napped for about forty minutes. Soft knock on the door to escort me to the sauna. Given a bottle of water and a fresh towel. LOVED the heat in the sauna, not at all like the gym. It was HOT! I began to sweat right away. I enjoyed my water. I could feel the stress of the week leaving my body. Soft knock, times up. Next experience, steam room. Again, not like the gym, this steam was intense. I LOVED it. After fifteen minutes my time was up. Walked downstairs to the warm beer soak tub. Nice room, soft lighting. Fresh robe and towel, another water bottle, more sparkling wine and my own charcuterie board. I was encouraged to enter the tub naked so that my body could fully absorb the vitamin benefits of the beer soak. I did. Thirty minutes of soaking went by way too fast. I am fully relaxed. I may need a minute before driving home. There is also a twenty minute chair massage where if you are not careful, can fall asleep again. Hands down, a great way to destress.

I was super early for my appointment so I waited in the waiting area. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was offered water and a chill glass of Prosecco Wine. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing the moment I walked in the door. The serenity and peace was just what I needed to kick off my birthday. I started off with the halotherapy, followed by sitting in the sauna to sweat out all the toxics, after the steam room. The steam room is where my mind and body connected with pure joy. After it was time for my beer spa, when I walked inside the room. I was in an awe moment of a surprise. The room was beautifully lit with candles, there was a chalk board with a happy birthday message. Along with a small charcuterie board and more wine and water. It was such a luxurious and beautiful experience. This was one of my favorite places to come celebrating my birthday. I will absolutely come back to enjoy another Self Care Day. Great place to unwind, release stress and detox your mind body and soul.

A one-of-a-kind experience in Chicago!…read more While visiting Chicago from out of town, I was lucky enough to discover Aire Ancient Baths, and it was easily a highlight of my trip. It feels like a speakeasy or a well-kept secret: there's no signage outside, so you almost have to know it's there. Even better, they're open until 11:30 PM, which made it a perfect late-night escape after a full day of exploring. Reservations are required, so be sure to book ahead. I did the 90-minute session and tried all of the different pools and spa experiences, from the salt room to the steam room, cold plunge, and the saltwater bath. Every stage was unique and incredibly relaxing, and the whole atmosphere is calm, candlelit, and unlike anywhere else I've been. I had a wonderful time and left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend for locals and visitors alike. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM…read more Use Caution when booking. I booked my reservation on May 23, 2026 for July 19, 2026 for my 11 year anniversary. Showed up and it was closed due to construction issues with the city. I received no email or phone call that it would be closed. Very embarrassing. I've called over 6x asking asking for a refund $720. Each time I've called it the same response "sorry someone from our management team will call you back". Nobody ever calls me back. I disputed the issue with my credit card company and AIRE responded to them saying that the service was complete forcing me to open another investigation with the city and having to look in legal counsel to take them to court. I am beyond frustrated. Never thought this is how they would do business. Apart of me feels that they lost so much business during the time they were "under construction" that they can't afford to keep the lights on let alone issue a refund. I would stay away.
