Once I stepped inside the salt rooms, it was full on relaxation and quiet. The temperature and lighting was just right, there was quiet music playing in the background and the door is closed to block out any noise from the lobby area. Tim showed us the different areas of the salt rooms and the warming bench areas. There are pillows and blankets for additional comfort. I also tried the zero gravity chair in the main room. My favorite was just being able to lay down on the warming bench feeling the heat on my back while inhaling the pure air in the room. The salt air was clean and there are so much health benefits to being immersed in the salt setting. That night I slept incredible. Probably the best sleep I've had in a while! I loved my experience so much I pre-purchased additional hour sessions from Tim for future visits. Oh ... while you're there don't forget to say hi to Tim's sweet little dog. Batman!
