Upstairs they have the Meditation rooms . Those rooms are the Oxygenated room and an infra red room. On the first floor they have a theater room, a salt room, a gold room, a sun room, a charcoal room, other rooms and a cafeteria area. You can also pay for a massage. Within this locker room, there are showers available and there is also an area provided to get ready AFTER the services are complete. It has hair dryers and spray deodorant and I think lotions. They do provide "wet slippers". They fit like no show socks so there's no need for any kind of flip flop type shoe to protect your feet. I have no review for the men's locker room cuz... Well. I'm not a man. BUT my husband had no complaints. When ready, you meet your partner and go to the "bath" area. They have all kinds of hot tubs and steams rooms and cold plunges and just yeah. It's pretty cool. You hang your robe and in you go. There is also a juice bar and the juices are delicious. Again, there is plenty of staff to assist with any questions you may have. If you booked a massage, and, of course, why not? They will let you know when it's time. You go upstairs and get the best massage of your life. I had a female masseuse and my husband had a male one. Older Lady who works in the front at night (week days) has horrible customer service! Noticed a few…read moremonths ago she started working nights and from that point forward mood and overall ambience has gone down negatively. Poor attitude when greeting and saying goodbye to members. Soon as it turns 10pm all patience goes out the window and she is quick hounding people to get up and leave. She shows no consideration! My experiences with her have been short and I am quick to understand closing time. Today however, her behavior was cruel. Because it was pouring rain outside I was putting all my belongings in my bag so they don't get wet. She hovered over me until she could rush me plus other members who are waiting for rides out into the pouring rain. She stood at the OPEN door staring at me waiting for my ride to pull up to the front of the building. kid you not by the time I got into the car and open this yelp app it was 10:05 pm. I completely understand there is a closing time but this behavior towards members is simply unacceptable and cruel. I hope by writing this it can help the fit nation team provide better customer service to its members :)

Being…read morenew at a fitness facility can be EXTREMELY intimidating, but the staff AND clients here are all so warm and nonjudgmental. I've loved every class I've taken, and I know I'm getting a good workout as I leave sweaty and breathless and I'm sore the next day. They have classes for every BODY. It doesn't matter your fitness level, you'll fit right in here! I've yet to use their other amenities at this facility, but I'm looking forward to using their upgraded gym and sauna area in the near future once my schedule permits. You seriously cannot beat the cost at under $60/month membership and $10 drop in babysitting, or $30/month babysitting for during your workouts (see schedule, as they're only able to offer babysitting during certain times).
