My partner and I had been loyal members at Float Sixty for some time and truly valued the benefits of floating. Unfortunately, our experience was completely soured due to repeated negative encounters with one employee--Rochelle. Despite the calming and restorative nature of the space, Rochelle's attitude and unprofessional behavior made visits increasingly uncomfortable. She was consistently dismissive, unaccommodating, and at times outright rude. After giving it the benefit of the doubt multiple times, we finally decided to bring our concerns to the attention of the owner, Gloria. To our disappointment, Gloria did nothing to address the situation. We had hoped for some form of accountability or at least an open, honest conversation, but instead, it felt like our concerns were brushed off entirely. We didn't want to cancel our membership--we genuinely loved the service and the concept--but we're not willing to support a business that allows one toxic employee to undermine the entire experience, especially when leadership refuses to take responsibility. Sadly, we've since canceled our membership and won't be returning. I hope Float Sixty takes customer feedback more seriously in the future--for the sake of others who still value what it could be. read more

I've been on a healing and health journey since developing a chronic pain condition earlier this year. After learning more about the parasympathetic nervous system, I came across sensory deprivation floating as something to try - enter Float Sixty. Honestly, I was skeptical at first - would I be paying a lot of money to float in a big tub with the lights off and earplugs in? Would I even be able to relax, and for a whole hour? Well, I'm here on Yelp to tell you it was a wonderful and soothing experience. From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed and (since it was my first time floating) everything was explained thoroughly. I had float suite 2, which has its own shower and comes equipped with essentials like ear plugs. I ended up wearing a bathing suit and didn't feel it impeded my experience - it actually helped me feel more comfortable. Part of the time I was able to relax and float in silence, and the rest of the time I played relaxing tones/music from my phone which I really enjoyed but do not recommend bringing the phone into the chamber since it will accumulate salt. I wish there was an ambient light option and speaker option in the chamber to customize the experience but I understand that defeats the sensory deprivation idea. After the session, there are other rooms to relax in, and a vanity table with toiletries and a hair dryer. Unfortunately almost all of the hair products were empty so that was a bummer. My friend bought us 60 minute float certificates for Christmas, and so we all went together to try it out for the first time and loved the experience! You get an entire room to yourself equipped with a shower, towels, ear plugs, and everything you need for before and after. The staff were super nice and explained everything thoroughly and gave us delicious hibiscus tea while we waited. I used to come quite a bit in the before times, back when I still lived in the city. Last year I bought a discounted service credit from the business on the assumption that I would be back in the city to use it before it expired. My birthday weekend seemed like the right time to use it. My go to Super Float room is now a sauna/cold plunge room, so I book Suite 2 in July. The reminder I received on Friday confirmed that I had Suite 2. When headed to the CTA to get to the place on Saturday, I get a text saying that the room is open now if I want to start early. I didn't respond since I didn't know how early I would get there. Once I got there and the employee was done with a customer, they check me in and walk me to Suite 1. I point out that I reserved Suite 2 and they said that was wrong and I was in Suite 1. They gave my reserved room to a customer that arrived before me and lied to me about my reservation. Later I see an email sent at 11:40 (around the time I checked in) confirming my appointment in Suite 1, which is the first and only communication with that room listed on it. It took a while to relax in the water since it took way too long for the motion detection light to turn off. Then I discovered that it was impossible to have the full sensory deprivation experience in this room due to light coming through a vent on the ceiling. Not sure if the light was coming from the sauna room next door or the hallway. I was disappointed in the experience so I didn't bother to ask if they still had a meditation room, just if they still had a hair dryer. They did give me my birthday bag of Epsom salts even though I used the credit as opposed to the discounted birthday selection. This place doesn't feel the same as it did before. The experience I had had with the tub resetting during a previous session resulting in a shorter float wasn't enough to turn me off the place due to the customer service I received during that incident. Seriously amazing. I had been wanting to try a float tank for a while now, and I happened to find a Groupon for a good price on an intro session. I will 100% be back. Rochelle was extremely helpful and welcoming. She showed me around, explained the process, and did not rush the process. The space is calming and they allow you take as much time as you want to relax after your float. The float process is very independent and you can start at your own speed. The showers and individual tanks are nice and clean. The float itself was amazing. It took a minute to acclimate but once I was settled, it was SO relaxing. 60 minutes of pure relaxation. I imagine it would get even easier to quiet your mind the more you go. It's a great way to remove yourself from everything. Can't wait to go back!! read more

Had a great experience! We booked the infrared, cold plunge and then the sensory tank! I love the cold plunge with the infrared sauna, so refreshing! The sensory deprivation tank was amazing, this was my first time but would love to do it again, so relaxing. I went to pay after and the worker seemed in quite a rush, I had no idea they closed at 8 and my session was over at 8 so I didn't get to relax at all after. The Corporate Office refunded some clients, but left others only with the option of utilizing their River North or Crown Point locations. For seasoned floaters, Float Sixty offers a low-touch experience that trusts you to make good use of the space and time in it. I appreciate that. I don't come for a lot of chit chat or want a lot of handholding, and I have always found the staff really perceptive and accommodating. For newbies, they do a very good job of getting you oriented without an overwhelming list of remember-such-and-so's. The accoutrements of float tanks are neatly arrayed and intuitive, e.g., ear plugs, petroleum jelly to cover an scratches or spots that would be irritated by the salinity of the water, towel, washcloth for pre- and post-float shower. The space itself is thoughtfully designed, soothing, and exceptionally clean. I have not tried the full rang of their float rooms/tanks but I'll vouch for the Samadhi tank (#OldSchool). read more

It was my first experience floating and I am already obsessed. 60 minutes FLEW by and I found so much clarity. It's a mix of sensory deprivation and meditation. You have zero worries, zero pressure, and you're completely comfortable by the buoyant water supporting all your weight. This was my second time doing a float and the first time at float 60. The facility is tucked in busy River North but a quiet space once you go downstairs. I liked that there are different types of float pods/rooms depending on what you feel comfortable with. I chose the pod which looks like a big egg. I really liked how clean everything was and how they got me set up. It was amazing and it felt like I was meditating. It is hard to find quiet and be with your own thoughts especially in the city. When my time was over I could not find the light switch and the lever to open the hatch which freaked me out. I wish that when the time is done that a light turns on. After I washed up I liked that there was a small room where you can continue to relax. I would definitely recommend it for everyone to try it at least once. read more

I've loved floating elsewhere, but this place leaves a lot to be desired. I had a package of two floats to use. On my first visit, the first thing I noticed was that the facilities and general vibe was less luxurious and relaxing than other float places I've been to. That's fine, but something to note when you're paying basically the same price. My shower did not work. Just a tiny drizzle of water if any at all would come out. Showering is so important before the float to keep the water clean, and afterwards to get all the salt off. On my second visit they were understaffed and my float started about ten minutes late. My shower worked better this time but still not great. Also, the music and filter never went on at the end of my float to indicate the hour was up. It started to feel like way over an hour so I eventually got out on my own and checked my watch. I had been in the tank for an hour and ten minutes (in addition to my late start). Even after I spent time showering I poked my head back in the tank and the music and filter still hadn't started. Glad I didn't have to be anywhere afterwards. It's little (or, arguably big) details like this that make it hard to relax when that is the whole point. read more

This review is being written in the meditation room of Float Sixty - South while I wait for my wife to finish. I was nervous about this experience before I walked in. Was this nervousness warranted? Well... At first glance, everything is great. The staff is friendly, the building is clean and fresh smelling. Here's the rub. You sign a waiver of liability absolving Float Sixty of EVERYTHING if ANYTHING goes wrong. The staff is ultra-concerned that I sign the waiver and send it to me 3 times. Not my first choice but ok, let's keep going. Next, I am told to use ear plugs to keep the salt water out of my ears - there's even a vinegar solution you are able to use which I assume counteracts the salt if any water gets in your ear. Apparently, the water used in the tubs can be bad for ears. OK, I jump in and while it takes me a minute to relax, the experience is pretty cool. It's this way for about 10 minutes until the seal in my earplug lets in water. Now all I am thinking about is the water entering my ear, what could be in the water, and the waiver I signed absolving Float Sixty of anything. I can't relax and if I can't relax, what is the point? My first time ever floating was at VIVE in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. I fell in love with it and decided to try going at least once a month. Float Sixty offers a student discount so I decide to take advantage of that discount. When I first walked into the Float Sixty building I was a little confused. The first thing I saw was a lady doing her hair in the lobby. This is when I realized they did not have private changing rooms for men and women. I floated in the Samadhi tank. As I was removing my clothes to shower I noticed that the outside of the tank was dirty. When I opened the tank it had an odd smell. I ignored it and got inside the tank. After completing my 60 minute float I was very relaxed. However, after showering I became annoyed at the fact I only had one towel and had to put it on the floor instead of using it on myself. I put the towel on the floor because the floor is obviously dirty since people are not required to remove their shoes and there was water on the floor from the shower and I did not want to fall. I remove my shoes when I walk inside my house and expect guest to do the same because of how gross it is to track outside dirt into a persons home. It is disgusting that guest are not required to remove their shoes when entering this facility. I left my float room and decided to go into the meditation room for tea and quiet time. My time in the meditation room was when I decided I would be writing a yelp review. The tea is not freely made which I don't understand why, all it takes is hot water and a tea bag. However, the worst part is there are not chairs in the meditation room. You have to sit on pillows on the floor. When I first walked inside I thought to myself oh, how cute. After sitting in there for about five minutes I had to get up and leave. It is not relaxing to rest your head and back on the wall. There is a bench outside the window of the meditation room and every time someone sits down you hear them bump the window and you can hear staff and guest talking in the lobby. I plan to try the south loop location and if my experience is anywhere near as bad as this one I will be canceling my membership. VIVE float study cost a little more than Float Sixty and they do not have a student discount. However, you get what you pay for. read more

This location has a variety of floating tank/room options so people that are claustrophobic fear not as they have some float tanks that you can stand up in and even leave the door open if you'd like. Every room has a shower with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. You shower before and after so you may want to bring a change of clothes. I was dressed comfortably so it was very easy for me. They also have an area if you want blow dry your hair etc. just know your hair will be wet and if you are wearing makeup you will need to remove your makeup before entering the floating tank. read more

Love going to float sixty. This was my second time around and I had a great experience again. The facility is always maintained well and kept clean. Last time I opted for the float pod (suite 4) and this time I tried the float cabin (suite 1). I think I'd go back for the pod, but the cabin was also nice - just a bit more spacious. It takes a little time to get acclimated and used to it, especially if it's your first time, but my best advice is to be open minded and stay as relaxed as possible. If you stay tense the whole time or move around too much it won't be a pleasant time. Try to let the experience take over! I always end my float feeling refreshed and ready to go to sleep:) After showering and getting ready again, take some time to hang out in the lounge as well. They offer tea or water and you get some time to hydrate and recover before heading out which is super nice. Definitely plan to go back again for more floats! read more

Great place to de-stress and relax. I've tried quite a few spas and saunas but nothing ever like this! Imagine laying in water like a bed, but the softest bed you've ever felt. It's almost like your floating in zero gravity (although I don't know what that feels like I imagine it's like this). Then there is the infrared sauna. Talk about hot! This thing can get cranked up to 175f! I've only ventured to 162f. The cold plunge is amazing but to intense for me. My gf was able to hang more time in there then I can. Walk down the stairs, approach the welcome desk, take a sip of the free tea sample and check in. They will then usher you to your personal room where toilet and tank becomes one. I started with the futuristic pod. It's white and once you're in, you're immersed in complete darkness and alone with your thoughts. I imagine this must be what my pikachu felt like inside his pokeball healing in the poke center. For the claustrophobic, there is also the option of a hot-tub-sized pool instead of a tank. I actually grew to prefer this. I often bring my Bluetooth speaker and go through my "Feels" playlist as I float around for an hour. I did not hallucinate nor did I fall asleep. It's not so much floating in space as assisted floating in the pool. The waters bitter and a drop in your eye will make you cry harder than the Notebook did. However, that some bitter water allows you to relax and fully released yourself from the shackles of gravity. At the end of every session, I always feel the knots in my muscle unravel and my stress melting away. Overall, the best way to enjoy sensory deprivation. The clean facility and plenty of breathing room really completes the entire experience. Not to mention, they have vanity section where you can dry your hair with a futuristic hairdryer that is probably invented by the same person that created the Tron light cycle. read more

This was my first time floating and didn't really know what to expect, so I hope this review is helpful to other first timers. I walked in with a Groupon, but found out that Float Sixty offers a deal for first time floaters that's even a few dollars cheaper, so I purchased that and saved the Groupon for my next visit! It was really cool that the lady at the front desk told me this; it shows that they care about their customers and want them to return. If you make an appointment online, you'll see options for Executive Float Room I and II and then the Sensory Depravation Pod and Tank. The Executive Float Rooms are rooms with showers and an open float room with a soothing blue light; there's no difference between rooms I and II. You have the option to turn off the light while floating which essentially makes it pitch black in the room except for a little bit of light that peeks through the door to the room itself. I was told that the rooms vs. the pod/tank are the way to go for the first time floaters as it's recommended to work up to the pod/tank. I'm 5'5" and had a TON of room. That said, even if you're a tall/big person, you should be more than comfortable in these rooms. Wear comfortable clothing similar to what you'd wear to yoga, etc. You'll be fine if you're coming from work, but more comfortable if you can just slip something on after you're finished. They provide cleansing wipes, ointment to apply to any cuts you may have (I definitely found a paper cut while floating), a loofa, really cool ear plugs, shampoo, conditioner, and soap in your room. They also offer deodorant, lotion, blow dryer, etc. but those are only available to you once you're dressed and exit your room. I assume they don't want people to somehow get lotion into the pool, which is understandable. I was a little worried that my body would be super dry from the salt but to be honest, my skin and hair have never felt so silky smooth. And there was ZERO finger pruning! Once you're in the "pool" it'll take a little getting used to. I ended up switching back and forth between the floating neck pillow and using nothing and found that I was able to doze off easier with the neck pillow and my arms over my head. That said, unless you're tired, it may take you a couple of visits to get used tot he experience and completely fall asleep. With the earplugs and the private room, the only thing I heard was the rumbling of the L (they're on the same block as the Brown Line), but it was so subtle, I had to really listen to figure out what it was. When the 60 minutes is up, white lights will gradually come on to let you know it's time to get up. I didn't hear any music but did see speakers in the pool, so maybe it just wasn't working that day? Not a big deal at all. As I mentioned, they have a beauty bar for both men and women to use once they're out of the room. It's in the lobby area, which was a little odd to me, but I was the only customer there at that time so it was fine; I felt super comfortable with the ladies working there. They also offer you tea and a chance to sit and relax before you leave, which is a really nice touch. They have three chairs in a very tiny space which I don't think would be very comfortable with someone you don't know. That said, it's nice to even have the option to sit and relax with delicious, complementary tea and a book once you're finished with the float! I believe they offer a meditation room, so if you want the complete experience, I recommend booking that directly after your float. They gave us a brief overview of floating and how to get the best out of our experience. There are about 6 private float rooms, with either a Pod or a mini pool. If you're claustrophobic, I would recommend doing the mini pool, it's a bit bigger! All rooms contain a shower for before and after. Trust me - the after shower should not be skipped. You will be VERY salty coming out. I was one of those girls that tried floating with a shower cap - bad idea! Takes away from the " out of your body/ zen " experience, because you're just thinking the whole time like " oh crap, it's still seeping in! " lol I would definitely recommend this for anyone that is super stressed or likes yoga. So I decided to give the sensory deprivation tanks a try after wanting to try this for many years, and Float Sixty did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming, the facility was clean and very comfortable, and the tanks were about what I expected. They had a nice little waiting room where I sat waiting for my appointment, and afterward a comfortable meditation room with snacks to relax in. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but nothing worth dinging them over. If you are tall (i'm 6'3), there isn't a ton of room in the tanks to move about, but I don't think you are supposed to move anyway. I just felt like minor motions would cause me to move a bit and then i found myself pinballing from the bottom to the top. Again, this is a tall mans problem, and maybe a fidgety persons problem, not Float Sixty's problem. I don't think it was for me, and i'm not sure I will go back, but if I was ever interested in going again, this is the place to visit. Decided to try this as someone had mentioned they went to one in California so I looked on line and found Float Sixty in Chicago. When the 2 of us came in we had to fill out paperwork which took a bit. The girl behind the desk was nice and they did explain everything to us very well. The rooms, from all the moisture need an update. The floors were peeling upwards and the shower curtain was hanging down and the room I was in, I could see another room next to me though the shower (it was private) just a bit odd. The actual tank (I had the largest tank) had a film floating on top. I was already in the water when I noticed. It kind of made me a little nervous not knowing what this film was, as it could be a few things. I mentioned to the girl in front when I came out and she said it could be from the high amounts of salt in the tank. I told her that I didn't even utilize the full time as I felt uncomfortable going in after this and I was not offered anything besides a brief explanation of what she thought it could be . They taste bitter and chemical, reminding you that it takes a whole lot of artificial struggling to secure this level of relaxation. I became dizzy halfway through my soak. The sensation of my body bobbing back and forth in water sent my already-disoriented inner ear canals into conniptions. Prior to that, I'd been experiencing some semi-meditative, semi-horrifying revelations about how humans start and end their lives in a setting just like Float Sixty, when you come down to the bone of it. Naked, wrinkly, and seeing nothing. The dizziness and the existential dread passed and I spent the rest of wondering, gently, if I could asphyxiate from the C02 I'd greedily exhaled in the tank. read more

1st float, wasn't sure what to expect, they are very helpful giving you useful tips and information prior to your visit. When you get there, there is someone to check you in, but there not always at the front desk so you may have to patiently wait until they come back. They then give you a little tour explain the Pod you chose and you get 10 additional minutes before hand to shower and 10 minutes after your float to shower as well. The float was very relaxing, it may take a few minutes for you to get adjusted, but once you get in your position, the key is to stay still, as the bath salts will keep penetrating the pod to help your relaxation. After I was finished, I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. Floating is not for everyone so wouldn't recommend if you constantly are jittery or uneasy with floating. read more

I came to Float Sixty with my wife on valentines day and had a great time! It was both of our first times floating, so we needed some hand holding with what to do. Lisa was super helpful and ran us through all the things we would need to know, from how to work the lights in the tank through handy tips for avoiding getting salt in your eyes through why our necks might feel strange while floating. The float itself was a wonderful experience, I just lay back in the water and let myself relax into whatever was going to happen. I had very few expectations about what floating would be like. It was definitely an interesting experience that relaxed my mind in a way I didn't expect. I couldn't believe how quickly an hour passed, I felt like I was probably 20 minutes in to the experience when the light came on to inform me that it was time to start moving. Afterwards, we sat in the relaxation room for 10 minutes, discussing our various experiences and drinking a most excellent cup of complementary tea. That said, a few parts of the experience were rough around the edges (both my wife and I needed help to get the showers working as they were newly installed and apparently very finicky, there was no robe in my wife's room, and they were out of hand towels), but they're just teething troubles and I have zero doubt that Float Sixty is going to turn into a place that I treasure. read more

I've recently started getting my feet wet with meditation & thought it'd be cool to step up my game with a sensory deprivation experience. I know these float tanks have been making a big splash in the new age health & spirituality movement, so I figured I would test the waters to see if the hype was real. But seriously, all puns aside - let me dive right in to my experience... My partner & I showed up 20 mins. early & were greeted with warm smiles from the staff, who got us started right away with first-timer paperwork & instructions. I was already feeling relaxed. Cool. The place has the expected chill spa vibes while also maintaining a very clean environment. Our guide showed us around the place & walked us through the process step-by-step before we actually started, so there were no questions left to be asked once we were left on our own. I had Suit #5 (The Float Pod) which is one of their newer ones. My partner went with #4 (Samadhi Tank) which is the traditional one, & apparently hers was slightly bigger. I am 6'0" & ended up drifting into the tank's edge probably 3 or 4 times throughout the hour. It didn't bother me too much b/c I wasn't exactly in the zone the entire time, but if you're good at meditation & don't wanna mess with your flow, I'd recommend getting the biggest tank you can (which I think is #4). The first 10 mins. I spent fidgeting around getting situated. My dreadlocks were not making things easier, & it was definitely one of those moments were I wish I didn't have them. Then I made the mistake of scratching my head while laying down, & the salt water dripped from my wet arm onto my eyes. This sucked. They do have a little salt-free water spray bottle to clean off salt for exactly these types situations, but its a timely/annoying process & takes away from your precious float minutes So I highly recommend to get settled very cautiously & make sure you are preparing yourself to not move at all for the full hour. Once I finally dealt with the salt-eye & dangly dreads, I began my attempt to really meditate. And wow, you really do float in that water. It's a trippy feeling at first, b/c you feel the force of the water boosting you up & its a pretty strong force. But gradually, yet quickly, you become used to it as it starts to feel natural, & eventually goes unnoticed- in the same way that we don't feel gravity, except reversed. I should mention that my meditations at home are nothing to brag about. They typically consist of me running through my to-do lists in my heads, struggling to really clear my head. I'm not necessarily holding onto one thought, but rather I'm rapidly scanning everything on my plate for the day/week/year/bucket list. I would say I have an actual good meditation about 25% of the time that I practice. I've only been really practicing with a solid daily routine for about 2 months leading up to my float, in short 15 min. sessions. But the environment in the tank had allowed me to take my meditation to a new level. I wish I could describe my experience but I honestly don't remember a thing from it. I eventually "came to" & it felt like I was waking up from a deep sleep (although I know I wasn't actually sleeping). Then I kinda went back into my fidget-mode for what felt like another 15 mins. I did hear a loud thud in this time from outside of the building (it is in downtown Chicago on a very busy street) which was definitely a downer/distraction, but it was just that one incident in the full 60 mins. Aside from that it was truly silent. I'm not really sure how long I was in this elevated state for, but by doing the math I'm estimating it was for somewhere around 20-30 mins. of being blackout-woke AF. If my timeline is confusing it went like this: Min 0-10: getting adjusted, fighting salt in the eye Min 10-20: Focusing on meditating Min 20-45: Fifth dimension Min 45-60: Wondering wtf just happened & trying to get back there After the float, I showered & met back up with my partner in a chill room with beanbags & books. They brought me hot tea & let us leave at our own will. This was a nice touch & transition back into the real world instead of going right back outside into the concrete jungle. So all in all I would say it was worth the experience. I wish I could go into more detail about what happened in that middle time period but I really have no recollection. I'm guessing it was a good time :P I will say that I was very happy that I've been practicing meditation leading up to my float (nothing crazy - only about 15 min/day for a month or two). I'm not sure I would have such a successful meditative experience if I hadn't built up to it. I would recommend doing the same or else you might just end up paying for the physical "float" & not the mental. A couple small complaints: I asked to use bathroom before starting but they had me go on my timer instead of waiting for me. It would've been nice to have 2 towels. Hard to get dressed w/ 1 & keeping feet dry. read more

Amazing first time float! Great facility and super nice staff. I highly recommend booking a larger room and enjoying a larger tank with a glass door and easy step down to get in. Limit yourself to one cup of coffee day of for best relaxation results ;-) and bring your own q-tips. The only thing I could suggest to the business are bath mats in all rooms and an extra towel in the room (although I realize one may be requested). I am definitely going back! read more

Relaxing, meditative setting. Very safe feeling place. They will set you at ease and make sure you are confident in the entire process, front to back. Nice people, beautiful, clean, inviting atmosphere. Tea and the meditation room after your float offer a soft landing back in "reality". If you do even a little research before your first float you'll find lots of information and all of it is helpful. I hope your float experience ends up being like mine. I cant tell you how badly i needed that float today. I've gone plenty of times before but being 24 weeks pregnant and having severe back pain, that hour float of weightlessness was a godsend. Check out their website if you are worried about covid, they are going above and beyond to clean and stagger appointments. Float Sixty staff was nice and helpful. The amenities were kept up. I just don't think floating is for me. Things that would improve the space (Room 1): -bathmat (maybe one of those slotted wooden ones). After my shower, when I was putting my clothes back on, the floor was wet everywhere and I had a hard time avoiding water on my socks and pants. -before and after the float, you must shower. The room has an automatic shutoff for the light. I didn't know this when I got in the pre-float shower and the room went dark. I had to keep waving my hand to make the light go on. It would be helpful if the staff reminded first time users of this -I could still hear quite a bit of sounds even with the ear plugs. I'm assuming that's because the tank I was in is not fully soundproof... This is not a big deal to me, but I expected it to be quieter. As a first timer, I really wish I had brought a change of clothes with me. I was feeling refreshed after my float and multiple showers and was now putting on clothes that had been worn for a bit of the day. My fault, not Float Sixty! But I would recommend anyone to bring a little bag with fresh clothes. They provide shampoo, conditioner, etc but if you are picky, you should bring your own products. read more
