It's been years since I had tried Cryotherapy. I heard it was good on sore muscles joint pain, and arthritis. I walked inside and i instantly felt welcomed. Great Hospitality and warm vibes. Very clean areas. The sauna room had a bathroom and side shower. It was worth it and I truly highly recommended this place. I felt so rejuvenated and full of energy. Let me tell You a secret: Getting older sucks. Aches, pains, less energy and the dreaded ear hair and Creepy old man smell. What am I? A Gato? Oh Hell. Thankfully, with Cryo and Infared some of this can be staved off. I have not tried the deprivation tank yet, but will. This is my kind of medicine. No creepy lab coats or pills. I actually did NOT have the best experience TWICE with your spa- my very first time and the follow-up with the owner after. For my very first float, the front desk gal did not describe anything to me or give me any type of instruction. I had no idea there was a glow-in-the-dark ball to help ease my nervousness in the tank! At the end of my float, the metal shower rod FELL OFF THE WALL ON TOP OF MY HEAD! I told the gal working after my float and her response was "that usually never happens in THAT room!". I left feeling unresolved and wanted some sort of explanation (and quite frankly an apology)so I left a few voicemails, emailed and even wrote a Yelp review... with zero effort from anyone to resolve the issue. After receiving an robot email weeks later asking me to return, I responded that I'm not motivated to ever return to your facility:( The owner called me immediately, apologized for being away and swore up and down that she was not aware of this experience. She generously offered me a 2nd chance and told me she would follow up with me the following day (since I was driving when she called). I never heard from her. I followed up a week or so later and her response was "oh I thought YOU were calling ME." So much for customer service or showing your customer any sense of urgency to rectify a metal rod falling on top of me in the shower. After giving her my availability, she responded again DAYS later that she was unable to be at the studio during my time frame. This is the absolute last I ever heard from the OWNER Joanna. I will absolutely never ever return here- not because of the original fiasco of the shower rod falling on top of me, but because her lack of follow-through is atrocious. I am a business owner myself and I can't imagine ever treating any of my customers this carelessly. read more

Great experience for my first float. Way less jarring than I'd made it out to be in my mind - the tank is at least the size of a queen size bed and the ceiling is really high. They provided 2 floating lights (to use or not, up to the floater to use). I'm too relaxed to do this justice, so I'll leave you all with a recommendation to try it out. They also have a beautiful infrared sauna that gets nice and hot!! read more

After being encouraged by many to try floating to ease my stress I finally gave it a shot. It was quite an amazing experience. Joanna was super knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process. She made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. Great customer service. The spa itself was super clean and supplies were fully stocked. I would recommend floating to all stressed moms. ;-) I left feeling less stressed and super relaxed. I have never been able to sleep better at night also. I also tried a cyrofacial and must say it's truly works. I noticed a change right away and felt less swollen in my face and my pores were drastically reduced. I also loved how my wrinkles and lines were almost completely gone. This is a miracle service and would also recommend to all. My friend and I went for a float for the first time. My friend loved it and was able to even doze off a little bit. I had a panic attack but all in all, I loved the place. This place has everything an athlete needs to recover....Whole Body cryotherapy, local treatments. Normatec compression boots, float rooms and more! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly always. Besides being an active athlete, I also have many orthopedic issues and these are relieved greatly by the treatments I get here. Joanna and her team are amazing. The location is clean, inviting and very relaxing. I have tried a number of treatments here, all are great. I send my trainers and members from F45 here to help with recovery, or for any injuries they may have. We all love it! And you don't have to be injured to have a treatment. The cryo facial feels amazing, even in winter. The float tank is a real treat, just make sure you have nothing to do for the rest of the day as you will literally float out of that place.
