The employee said that because we were within the 24 hour cancellation policy that they had to charge us for the full massage. I explained to her that we were very sick and she said well do you know two people that can take your place. No we did not. So my problems is that would you rather have customers come in sick or let them reschedule? There should be an exception somewhere. Now they made 400.00 by not doing anything. I know many spas that would make an exception so lesson learned and will never consider this place again.

I brought this to the attention of the lady at the front desk and she advised was adjusted because it was unhealthy and setting off fire alarms. I was coming here weekly for a few months specifically for graduation tower as it cleared any congestion. Never once experienced a fire alarm. Maybe budget cuts are the problem, not sure the truth. The medical journals suggest 75-78° with humidity around 50% for optimum benefits. I already knew this which is why I started wet salt caves. I told her I could get her the medical journal and she seemed uninterested. You notice the difference in lack of steam in todays pic vs before.
