The owners were very friendly, the shop was clean, and the salt cave experience was very straightforward. I'm not sure after one session any of us were feeling particularly different, but it was very relaxing. We had Alexa play classical music and the ambience was just right. I will say, it is extremely "salty." I could taste the salt, feel the salt on my skin, and when I looked in the mirror later, saw that I even had some salt build up in my nose! And note, it will get on your clothes! None of that was a dealbreaker, though, just some things to be aware of. There are plans to expand into massage and also some floating therapy! Definitely a little gem in such a small area, but we would be willing to drive the hour to come back!
