Absolutely love this place, great deep tissue massage! I come here at least every 3 months and get the best deep tissue massage. I even purchase the gift certificates to gift to family members, they love the massages also. very affordable and very much worth it. read more

I booked online and their menu does not match their in store nor did they honor what is listed on their site. The vast majority of the massage was done on a towel. Terrible experience, I'd go elsewhere. Definitely will not be returning. read more

This was mine and my daughter's first time going to this place to receive 2 foot massages. When I called to make an appointment, I was never told their policy is to take payment first so I was confused once I got there and was expected to pay prior to receiving service. Clearly, out of confusion I questioned why would I pay before receiving the service since that's not customary. As I was actually about to reach for my wallet to go ahead and pay since we were already there and I drive 20mins and didn't want to waste gas. Then the lady at the desk said to me, "... you can go." Needless to say, we left & services were never rendered. Would have been nice to have known their policy when I called to schedule an appt. If this is their policy, they should make it known on the website and prior to appointments and not be rude when people inquire about it. read more

Nice customer service. Straight to the point. Very good masseuses who are pleasant and very skilled. I will definitely return. The place is clean and cozy with nice background music. We did 3 massages in 1 room. read more

Superb service! Reasonably priced and the establishment is clean with a friendly staff

I first got a massage at Relax Station in 2024 and wrote about my positive 5-star experience on Google Reviews. I recently saw the same therapist, Mary, and felt SO much better after a 45-minute massage than I had in a long while. Mary really understands anatomy and how to alleviate stress. I returned today for a longer session and more of her magic. If you're in need of an excellent massage, look no further. read more

Awesome place. I chose this location because of the wonderful reviews. The decor could be updated however it did not take away from the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. The service was outstanding and I will return here. The kinks in my shoulders did not return and I'm so glad I found Relax Station. read more

This was my first time getting a massage on my own and I absolutely loved it! Requesting a massage was super simple. Amy (I believe is her name) was amazing. Definitely coming back and incorporating the full body massage to my monthly self care. read more

Kathy was amazing. So gentle yet so firm. I feel like a new woman .. I swear. She will massage every part of your body beautiful even while doing a foot massage. read more

The first time I went to this place, the massage was great.I also had cupping and hot stone, and felt great after that. Since I suffer from spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia and crps, massage is a part of the therapy, and I do it every other week. Being very satisfied the first time, two weeks layering went to the same place, expecting the great massage again. Sadly, that didn't happened. The girl that did the massage had no idea what she was doing. She was just pushing down with her hands, and her elbow, that made me leave in so much pain that hasn't been this bad in a long time. I honestly don't know what she messed up on my lower back, but the pain is just unreal. I wish I asked the first girl and the guy's name, to ask for them when going there. After the second visit messed my back this bad, I will never visit this place again. read more

1. The room was freezing 2. They gave me a hospital gown. As in no blanket, at all. 3. She literally massaged me 80% of the time through a towel. Like a towel was sandwiched between my back and her hands. 4. She had NO idea what she was doing. She massaged my spine, and the massage was uneven. 5. The hot stones FINALLY warmed me up. And then got a hot towel and placed it on my back, but the hot towel got cold fast and instead of using the dry towel haphazardly thrown across my butt. She scrubbed the oil, I'm pretty sure it was just baby oil, off of me with a FREEZING COLD towel. 6. Tells me next time to "not buy the Groupon pay cash." read more

I'm a retired health care professional who has three failed spinal surgeries. I have at times required massage as an important part of my pain management regimen. I noticed this place in my neighborhood and thought to give them a try. I've been back each week. The people are very nice and health conscious. Any language barriers (Chinese) were neither insurmountable nor a problem. All Covid precautions are taken seriously. The facility is likewise clean with a relaxed ambiance. Most importantly the massages I have received have been skilled and professional. read more

This was my first time having a massage here and thought they were great. Upon entering they take your temperature and have you use hand sanitizer, which was nice to see they're taking things seriously. I was taken back quickly and Jack gave me a great massage. read more

This spa is very efficient and peaceful. You pay for your service prior to entering the massage room. The technician was very detailed in her work and I could tell she was listening to my body's needs and working on specific areas of my body that felt stiff/tight and not just giving me some general massage - she spent more time on my problem areas. I ordered the full body massage $70. read more

The Relax Station Massage was absolutely incredible! My husband and I were visiting family in the area when he woke up with shoulder pain. I booked him a 60 minute massage and they ended up having availability for a couples massage. The staff was courteous and professional. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town! read more

This massage parlor is outstanding! I love it here. A diamond in the rough! The ambiance is low key but appropriate for a massage atmosphere. Pricing is superb considering the going rates. $60 for 60mins with hot stones and oil. They made me very comfortable and gave an excellent massage. Plus I was injured but they expertly avoided the area and took all the tension away! They don't speak super good English and prefer cash but you can pay by card. I'll be back it's an amazing experience. read more

Nope. Terrible massage. Get a cmt for the same price. Just felt worse leaving than when I came in.

Their massage is very traditional and it works for me. Their location is near to my place so accessibility is excellent.

I was gifted a groupon for here and went today. When I called to schedule the appointment the women on the phone spoke almost no english and got frustrated that I couldnt understand her. Only thing I understood was her asking if 7pm was ok and I said yes. She than told me ok and hung up on me. I went at 7pm and when I walked in,it took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and when they did, I was told to come back and wait. Again, speaking very little english, so for some reason instead of waiting in the waiting room on the couch, she had me sit on the side of one of the massage table beds which was extremely uncomfortable. 25 minutes went by without anyone saying anything to me,I was about to leave when I was ushered to a back room. She told me to lay down after putting my things in a basket, I honestly couldnt understand what she told me but I did what I thought sje said and waited while laying down with my top off. There I waited another 15 minutes for anyone to say anything or come to me. I have never felt so uncomfortable and I actually was about to start crying. The dirty looks the 2 female staff gave me were enough to make me want to leave(presumably from using a groupon) before being completely ignored. Finally after such a long wait, a guy comes into the room and asks if im ready. Jack was the person I had give me a massage and even though there was a frustrating language barrier,he was sweet and gave me a wonderful massage. It felt great. Unfortunately, he had to stop a few times to answer the door when new customers came in and honestly I dont believe I got 50 minutes of time but my hot stone combination massage was still very relaxing and nice. I wish I enjoyed it enough to come back but the staff and experience beside the actual massage was incredibly stressful and upsetting. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and explained how there was a misunderstanding and 2 late clients right before me,as well as the woman who spoke to me on the phone had to leave early that day. They are welcoming me back to try them again at no cost. The owner seems like a very kind person and with customer service like that, how can I say no to giving them another try :) read more

Today I had a massage session at eleven o'clock in the morning, I was wearing a gold chain with a cross pendant, before starting the massage the therapist took off the chain and when I finished the massage she put the chain on my neck, but when I left the massage place I realized that my cross pendant was not on my chain, I called and told them that I wanted my pendant on the back, and the explanation they gave was that the therapist was very busy, I called several times and I told them that in five minutes I would arrive at the place to pick up my pendant, and in the end if they gave it to me read more

Needed shoulder and neck massage for stress. Other places didnt offer it but this place did and they got me right in. I am glad I found this place, they did a great job. Wasn't impressed at all. My massage was not relaxing but was rushed and rough. Money wasted...

Jack was the BEST! Had my first massage with Jack at Relax Station Massage yesterday! I have to say that it was the BEST massage I have ever had! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Got a Groupon for two 60 minute foot, neck & back massages as a gift. I went one day & used one. The massage was not even good. But I went back today because I still had one free from my Groupon gift. Then went again today to use my second part of the Groupon, and the lady said the Groupon was already used. She showed me a card that said gift certificate for the second one she should have given to me. She gave me the wrong card with the prices of their services. She had no way of looking back into her system to see if I had only come once. Wanted me to pay for my second massage that should have been free!!! Would not even try to make me happy, just kept saying "You pay". So I told her I'm not paying for a service that I should have for free. Left & will never be coming back to this place ever again!!! Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else! read more

Awful service. Tried to make me give bigger tip when they gave an awful massage through a towel Gave me a head massage and left with a headache. Pulled my underwear down and then shoved back up my crack. Tried to leave and the door was locked! Someone call the police. read more

I've gone there twice after work, which is kinda late so it's very convenient to be able to find a place open late hours. They were very friendly. My massage started face down and they applied pressure all over my body to help release tension, then the towels were removed to massage each body part. It was a very relaxing massage. At one point the pressure was a little too strong, but he noticed and asked me if it was ok. Normally massage places don't know if the pressure is too much for you unless you speak up. It was a very relaxing massage, I even dozed off at one point when he was massaging my legs. At the end he wiped off the oil with a hot towel then a dry towel to dry me off. I really liked that as I hate putting my clothes back on when I'm so oily. The price is much cheaper than other places, I definitely recommend them. read more
