I liked that they were ready for us with no delays. I don't remember my masseuse's name but she was very good and got all my tight spots. I even opted for the extra hot stones application which felt good. You can ask that they let the stones cool off a little if you prefer. I will be going back again next month. You can even text to get an appointment time as well as call. I will be telling my friends to patronize also. Sherrye Pope

First time at this location, reviews were good so I was confident to make an appointment and have a…read moregood experience, so take this as you wish. Purchased a facial Groupon and didn't have any problems making the appointment, however, I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and did not get seen until 25 minutes after my appointment was set to begin. No apology about waiting or anything. Once I was in the back, things started off great, the esthetician asked about the areas I was to focus on and we began. Once we began, it seemed as if she was not sure what steps or product to use and when. There was a lot of gaps in between the products, more than I've experienced with other estheticians. At one point a product was left on too long and had dried and she had to wet her hands in order to get it off as the warm cloth was also now cold from sitting out while she was on her phone. At another point during the appointment I thought she had left and I opened my eyes only to see that she was giving herself a facial in front of the mirror! Not too sure if she was new, or someone that doesn't normally give facials, but I would not recommend her for someone to receive one.

Tony Castillo is a wonderful and kind human being that no only relieved my pain caused by Fibromyalgia, but also took the huge knots out of my neck and back. He is also great with working out sciatica problems, and the calm studio took me away from my everyday stress!!! He is the MOST reasonably priced massage therapist that I have EVER been to! Most places charge at least DOUBLE, and he easily goes way over the 1 hour mark, and makes sure you feel great before he's done!!! There is something very kind and gentle about both his demeanor and work, and I LOVE IT!!! I would be back right away, but he's generally booked up way in advance. Unfortunately I think others have caught on to the fact that he's amazing.. LUV HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!! and YES I will be a regular!!!

Highly recommend for anyone stressed out! He's located above Chemshaw Donutz in one of the studio rooms upstairs (old bank building on the Square). The decor is really nice--tapestries and low lights, nice soft music...he has a private area for changing and a chaise lounge type chair for anyone waiting with you. Hubby and I both have gone to him and we both love it--we've referred others, and they've all had positive feedback as well. *He uses coconut oil and peppermint oil. I have sensitive skin, and the peppermint oil broke me out the first time, so I asked for none the next time and I was fine.
