The space was clean and relaxing with essential oils and other goodies available for purchase. I have done two 45 minute sessions in the cave. You can chose from a selection of zero gravity chairs and given a blanket. There's salt at your feet, walls and ceiling. It's incredibly relaxing and a great place to relax or meditate while breathing in healing salt :)

Well we have frequented quite a few different caves and never have had this problem. It was quite literally sweltering. Another issue is the parking situation. A group of us met there and it took us all at least 20 minutes to find parking and we had to walk 3-4 blocks back. I think that another isssue was the way that when the session is about to end the voice startles you and immediately ruins any calm you had. In past experiences at other salt caves they tend to ease you out of your meditation and its lets you maintain the calm.

Once I stepped inside the salt rooms, it was full on relaxation and quiet. The temperature and lighting was just right, there was quiet music playing in the background and the door is closed to block out any noise from the lobby area. Tim showed us the different areas of the salt rooms and the warming bench areas. There are pillows and blankets for additional comfort. I also tried the zero gravity chair in the main room. My favorite was just being able to lay down on the warming bench feeling the heat on my back while inhaling the pure air in the room. The salt air was clean and there are so much health benefits to being immersed in the salt setting. That night I slept incredible. Probably the best sleep I've had in a while! I loved my experience so much I pre-purchased additional hour sessions from Tim for future visits. Oh ... while you're there don't forget to say hi to Tim's sweet little dog. Batman! When I tell you my first session with Jennifer and her assistant felt like an energy block was literally pulled away from my body. I was overcome with emotion and could literally feel the energy moving from head to toe. I went home that day and felt drained, but knew I had to finish my treatment. The second and third treatments helped solidify my feelings, and I felt more aware of my own self and re-aligned. I said I wanted to read a book and they gave me a book light. They also have blankets that are super soft. The staff was very friendly and did a great job explaining how everything worked. I also like that after my first free session, they didn't pressure me to buy more but just said that they hope I come in again. While I was there, I noticed that they have a salt room for kids with activities in it. I think I will come again with my two-year-old son who is often congested. They also have family memberships. Otherwise one session is $45 which is too expensive for me. Monthly memberships are way cheaper. They also offer discounts on buying a pack of 5 visits. I would come again at a cheaper rate.
