I should have got that in writing. My how things have changed, due to the whole plandemic process clearly we weren't able to use the services. Today 01/22/22 I called to validate those impeccable records. Granted I had my doubts but had faith in the words uttered to me. Low and behold those records were not as secured as we were meant to believe. Interestingly enough something happened to his computer system and those records were no longer available. It all of sudden became my responsibility to produce proof of purchase. A debate and an argument ensued over the $130.00ish that was remaining on the account. Unfortunately it didn't end well and we couldn't seem to come to a reasonable resolution. Enjoy that money, hopefully you will find the error in your ways and avoid treating customers unfairly in the future.

The space was clean and relaxing with essential oils and other goodies available for purchase. I have done two 45 minute sessions in the cave. You can chose from a selection of zero gravity chairs and given a blanket. There's salt at your feet, walls and ceiling. It's incredibly relaxing and a great place to relax or meditate while breathing in healing salt :)

Saturday March 28, 2026 1:09pm I went into the sauna and saw this again. I decided to go to the desk to notify the MOD on duty Lauren. I told her and she acted as if it was ok. I told her the lady was currently in the sauna. I went back into the sauna the lady had the towel off showing her breast which is unacceptable at a family YMCA. I could even stand to stay inside the sauna due to this inappropriate behavior. The gym sauna isn't a spa this is what people need to understand when going into the sauna. If the YMCA has changed their rule I would love to see where members are able to be in the sauna naked. The workers should do a spot check throughout the day. As far I can see when I'm there they don't. I've also saw swimsuits in the sauna hanging on the heater which is very uncomfortable to see as this can cause a fire. I'm disappointed in the MOD she didn't address the concern.

They said the 14 year old had to buy a package for kids which was $30 for 10 visits (no smaller packages just to try it out). When deciding on it when she was already with me in her workout clothes, we told the worker that she was going to sometimes come with her friend's family, so we would get it. Nothing was said about any rules against this. A month after that, I decided to cancel my membership because of several reasons (class times not convenient for a teacher. Rigid rules about teen memberships, etc). When I canceled, they called to tell me Tessa's membership would also be canceled since she has to come with me. I told them my understanding was that she just had to be with an adult. They would not budge and told me absolutely no refunds for any reason. This is very poor business. Also, their policies are so rigid...a 14-15 year old must work out with a parent. I don't know many teens that want to be glued to their parent's side when working out. Other gyms have much more flexibility. Other businesses would be more flexible with miscommunications. I'm glad we are ending our membership there.

You must kiss the ass of the selfish pool piranha and follow it around, back and forth like a good little obedient fan. No respect for others! You can't enjoy the therapy pool alone because the pool piranha lacks attention and needs your constant validation. Then there's the employee with the strawberry blonde brush haircut that hates everyone including itself. Mean, belligerent and can easily grimace, flip you the finger or tell you to SHUT UP! Excuse me....Is one of it's tired, dated lines. When management lacks the balls to use their authority properly, you end up with sacred cow staff members, laziness and a few angered members calling the shots over the majority.
