A few days later at his pediatrician appointment my son mentioned to her that he was starting the program. I explained it and told the story of my encounter to both her and my son. She was very adamant that my son should not be sparring due to his several concussions he has had in the past. Since I signed a contract with the place Rick would not return the $230 dollars I zelled to him. He said "a contract is a contract." This may be true but due to the given circumstances and even having my son's doctor write a letter to him explaining why he can't be in that situation I was still denied the $230 even though my son never started. It's very disheartening that this business treats customers like this. I'm a former business owner and I couldn't fathom treating someone with the disrespect I had encountered.

The facility always seems clean and they offer a lot of classes to chose from. My son loves the water and can't wait for his swim classes. He even tries to back float in the bath tub. My only complaint is they only have 2 changing area with a door and baby seat to change your baby. There was many times I would get out of the pool soaking wet with my baby and someone with an older child would run right in front of me to take that room because it's bigger. Meanwhile we would stand soaking wet freezing waiting for that parent to change their child into their swimsuit. Meanwhile I NEED that room because my child couldn't walk and I had to secure him to the chair in there while I changed out of my swimsuit and have a place to change his diaper. The lack of courtesy from other parents was absolutely appalling to me.
