The service was great when I arrived, and everything went smoothly until payment. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and were kinda rude about how to leave a tip - I've never been pushed that hard to leave a bigger one. Despite that, I'd highly recommend this place to visit and relax. Just be aware of the billing process. Overall, it's a great spot, just a bit of a rough end.

I really enjoying spending the full day here. I had some work to do; it was nice to hang out in the…read morecafeteria and common areas with my laptop while still relaxing. When work was done, it was easy to store it in the assigned locker room. Upon arrival, check in at the front and receive your wristband before walking down the hall to the gender-specific locker rooms. Wristbands are how you'll charge any/all purchases, included spa services. Halfway down the hall, there's signage requesting you remove your shoes. From that point on, expect to be barefoot (socks are okay; socks and slippers are available for purchase in the locker room) You're given a uniform when you enter the locker room. The locker rooms and pool/hottub area is clothes-free. Be ready for that. The body scrub was amazing! I still feel as smooth as a baby, nearly a week later. There are several saunas available to try, along with a meditation/nap room, oxygen room, and movie theater. Be ready to spend hours here. It's worth it.

Unacceptable ADA Violations, Harassment, and Refusal of Responsibility…read more I spent over $200 here for spa services on September 17, 2026, but the harassment by staff completely ruined the experience. I called ahead of time to confirm there would be no issues bringing my small, trained service animal (safely inside a shoulder bag carrier). The front desk clerk checked us in without issue. However, while touring the facility, a staff member confronted me, created a public scene, and brought over management demanding I leave. Even though the front desk employee explicitly advised them that federal law prohibits denying entry to a service animal, staff continued to harass me in front of other spa guests. They subjected me to unlawful medical interrogation demanding to know my condition, demanded "paperwork" (which is explicitly illegal under ADA guidelines), and tried to misclassify my service animal. They eventually allowed my service animal to sit in his carrier during my treatment, but the damage was done--the humiliation prevented me from enjoying the rest of the facility. When brought to management's attention, they refused to take responsibility or resolve the matter. Official complaints have been submitted to federal and state civil rights authorities. I strongly urge anyone who relies on a service animal to avoid this establishment.

Let's start from the beginning, I attempted to make convo, she gave me one word answers. Then she left me at the shampoo bowl without bothering to tell me that she had applied the conditioning treatment. This was my first time booking this treatment so I wasn't sure what the process was like, nor did she explain it to me. I also was itching after conditioning treatment but Erini ran to the break room so I was left staring at the ceiling wondering what was going on. She did not ask me if the water was too hot while shampooing either. The haircut itself took 5 mins. She then took out a dirty round brush from her drawer & proceeded with blow dry. My haircut looked nothing like the 4 photos I showed her. I told her I was expecting more layers and Erini gave me excuse that it was due to the length of my hair... prior to the cut, I told her she could go shorter if it made sense to blend all the layers. Kuddos to the stylist next to me telling her client about a sale going on! Other stylists were so nice to their clients and Erini lacked any interest in her service with me. I told the girl at the checkout as well that I wasn't happy with my service. Neither offered any way to fix the situation. I had a list of items I wanted to buy and they lost my business completely. For the price of their services, Erini can take notes from other stylists around her. **UPDATE** My haircut was so lopsided, I made an appointment days later to see another stylist. Tula noticed that my hair was one inch longer on the right side & took her time to blend all my layers. She did wonderful blending & was so kind. Unfortunately, this was a dry cut with no shampoo done prior or after service, so once I washed and air dried my hair at home, I was pretty sad about how it looked. Again not Tula's fault, she was amazing!! I personally do not recommend Mario Tricoci for hair unless it's a senior stylist. I worked at this location 10 years ago. They were the luxury salon in the area, they lack luxury in so many ways now.

I was gifted an experience at Aire Baths, and for the most part, it was amazing! We didn't know…read morewhat to expect, but we were truly satisfied with the service we received, with one exception: the massage. After reading reviews dating back several months, I realized that other people had experienced the same issue. Let me start at the beginning. I made my reservation for a Sunday at noon. When we arrived, we were told that our reservation had been canceled. Naturally, I was confused because I hadn't canceled it. We were asked to take a seat while the staff looked into the matter, and they quickly figured it out. Brittany at the front desk did a wonderful job explaining what had happened. In the end, it turned out to be an error on my end, but she remained friendly, professional, and accommodating. She offered us another date and time and even compensated us for parking. Thank you, Brittany! The bath experience was everything I needed to cleanse my soul. The waterfall area and the eucalyptus sauna quickly became our favorite places. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we had hoped for. Now, on to the massage. My wife and I were in the same room. She had a female therapist, and I had a male therapist. Unfortunately, our experiences were completely different. My therapist spent most of the session lightly rubbing my feet and legs. He never touched my hands, fingers, neck, or head, all of which my wife received during her massage. He did ask whether there were any areas I wanted him to focus on, and I mentioned that I had tension in my upper shoulder area and that I had a shoulder injury. He concentrated primarily on the injured shoulder and very little else. I was genuinely surprised when he told me the session was over. My first thought was, "Wait, where was the rest of the massage?" I would really like to see Aire invest in more experienced massage therapists, especially since this appears to be a recurring concern among guests. That said, the massage experience did not ruin our visit. I would absolutely return, and I would still recommend Aire to my family, friends, and coworkers.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM…read more Use Caution when booking. I booked my reservation on May 23, 2026 for July 19, 2026 for my 11 year anniversary. Showed up and it was closed due to construction issues with the city. I received no email or phone call that it would be closed. Very embarrassing. I've called over 6x asking asking for a refund $720. Each time I've called it the same response "sorry someone from our management team will call you back". Nobody ever calls me back. I disputed the issue with my credit card company and AIRE responded to them saying that the service was complete forcing me to open another investigation with the city and having to look in legal counsel to take them to court. I am beyond frustrated. Never thought this is how they would do business. Apart of me feels that they lost so much business during the time they were "under construction" that they can't afford to keep the lights on let alone issue a refund. I would stay away.
