Finally after 20 minutes after the scheduled start, the owner said they would not honor the Groupon and wouldn't assist by sending an email to Groupon despite them marking it as redeemed (even after literally writing out a draft of an email for them to send via text they still never sent it). The joke of all this is that they still have their massage on Groupon, absolutely ridiculous. Terrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone!
