Very clean, staff extremely pleasant. Would love to try again and stay longer. Pricing was excellent! Parking no problem.

Service requested was deep tissue massage, instead I get a old lady who cannot use force. Keep in mind I'm paying for a deep tissue massage. (More $) Beginning of massage they request tip.. What business does that or company does that? Unprofessional!! read more

Soleful Massage - These two people horrible attitude and request tip the first 2 minutes of massage or they get PISSED - Massage Near Me - Buffalo Grove, Illinois

Horrible experience! Wouldn't recommend anyone here. Talk shit about you for no tipping before massage, get mad and angry at you for not tipping BEFORE MASSAGE. 3-4 workers and only 1 is good. Other than that none!! read more

Since I found Soleful Massage, I've stopped going elsewhere, this place gives me by far the best experience, hands down. Professional customer service, super clean facility and individual private rooms (Now with new door and new soft carpet in each room), and most importantly the best massage (I highly recommend Anna). read more

This place is horrible, don't waste your time or money. It is close to my house so I decided to try it out. When you arrive they make you fill out a form about you and your massage for "the police" which I found kind of creepy. The massage was subpar, and they charge more than other places. Not cool. I also found them to be kind of shady. For my $36 massage, I wanted to lave a $7 tip. I told them II only had a $20 and asked for change. She told me they didn't have any change. When I said I couldn't leave a tip then and would have to return, she handed me $10 and said that was all she had. By this point I was frustrated and knew I wouldn't be returning so I gave her the $10 tip and left. read more

I have already written TWO other positive reviews about Soleful Massage, but for some reason, Yelp deleted them! I've been twice now-- both times were EXCELLENT. I had the one hour foot massage, which included 30 minutes of feet, and 30 minutes of back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and face and scalp. They are WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and got rid of all of my aches and pains. This is going to be a monthly treat I'm going to give myself- I need it and my body needs it. Thank you, Soleful Massage! And to Yelp- shame on you for deleting the other positive reviews. There were about 10 more, and I'm not sure why you deleted them all and left the only one review that was negative, but you need to figure it out and add all of the positive ones again. Thank you Soleful Massage! And thank you to the owner and employees for being so kind and courteous. Can't wait to come back again! read more

Last time I had a massage at Soleful massage it was wonderful, I have tried 3 other massage places since but they did not come close to the service, young friendly staff or professional massage service, I highly recommend this place . read more

I had a disappointing experience at Soleful Massage. The massage itself was ok and the massage therapist was not very friendly, my biggest complaint is the rooms, they are just cubicles with curtains for doors which makes the massage not very private and I kept hearing people talking the hallway which took away from the experience. read more

This place is a hidden gem ! I have been here twice and both massages were amazing . Amy was very thorough and provided plenty of pressure and stretched me out where I needed it the most . Be prepared for a REAL massage , a beneficial massage , and an intense massage ... this isn't your average Swedish massage you get a corporation . Anyway , I will be back again to see Amy ! Amazing ! read more

Me and husband have date night every Saturday. Lately, all we do is dinner and Asian foot spas- it's pretty awesome. We have come here 3 times and have left satisfied every time! Tonight, I got the rare gem that will actually use her thumbs to get in there good! Always hard to find thumb users!!!! read more

Let me first say I did not receive a massage from here. I called last minute to try to get a massage and they were very nice and polite. They told me they were booked and I can see that they were busy and I think they can make allowance and they said yes. Unfortunately I had to leave even after they made an allowance for me. I am giving them five stars because I thought they gave great customer service. And if you remember view still see about you Customer Service. I'll be back another time soon read more

My wife and I went here. When we got there there was no wait. We went in together to get a couples massage. First weird thing is they took down my boxers which is okay but left the towel off for 75 percent of the massage even when not massaging that area. At one point too her entire body weight was on me because knees where on butt/thighs and hands on back. She beat the hell out of me and I couldn't relax because at no point was it soothing. I didn't ask for deep tissue either. I ended up figuring out a way to somewhat enjoy it. It must be luck of the draw because my wife said hers was soothing and soft. Not sure why mine was the complete opposite. At the end, I didn't leave a full 20 percent too because I was not satisfied. She definitely said something and was visibly upset and rude because of that. Not going back. read more

Great massage!! I have had massages in Europe and Asia.. Old school massages differ from " American " massages. I got a deep tissue massage with hot stones. I am a licensed massage therapist so I am very picky about massages. I know what is good and what is not. The beds at very comfortable. Very clean.. $60 for a hour massage with deep tissue.. It is really reasonable compared to other places.. Also, to the other review I read.. It's possible they only give some kind of paper to sign to creepy guys..I didn't have to sign anything. It was wonderful experience!! read more

This place is good. Amy gave me the good massage. I will visit this place some time from now on. I recommend this place for you.

This place is very clean and the massage therapist are very good. I have been a regular here for more than a year and get a full body massage sometimes twice a month. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you like deep tissue massage like I do. read more

I would cry if it wasn't so damn funny. We went there for the hour long for massage for 30$. I had already been to the same type of place in deer park and would highly recommend. But this imitation of a business is just pathetic. The women who massaged us were awful. They chatted among themselves in their native language. This is while we are trying to relax. They are joking, laughing, and somewhere in the midst of their chatter they did some light patting. There was no massaging going on. Just petting, like one would pet a cat. When we were done, they told us to leave a 20%tip. I s taken aback and asked them to repeat themselves. They again advised we had to leave them 20%tip because we had to. Mind you, nobody could speak English the entire hour. It was simply ridiculous. Go to deer park instead, don't waste your time or money. read more

I had an AMAZING massage! I called before showing up and they were happy to take me right away. The people who work there are very kind and very skilled at what they do. My deep tissue massage included hot rocks, hot oil, and a hot towel, all of which I wasn't expecting! Will be back again soon. read more

Perfect location, skilled masseur and comfortable environment. Especially, there is a bathroom inside. That's humanized. To sum up, really good place to go. Strongly recommended. read more

I have lower back issues and have been going somewhere else in the area .I had to go here Because my regular place can never get me in. My massage here was excellent I will be changing to soulful massage for good read more

On 3/11, I wanted to treat myself (as a single mother on a fixed income) to a massage so I paid $100 for the services rendered and the masseuse had the audacity to scoff at the tip I gave of $5. She looked at me with disgust and said she usually gets $20. She is lucky to get anything! I'm obligated to pay for the service not offer a tip. Instead of being appreciative she was EXTREMELY UNGRATEFUL! I called to tell the "so-called manager" and his response is "Did you want a massage or did you call to just complain?" I can see where the masseuse got her ignorance from! Must be her relative! I would not recommend or go to this location again. I rather pay more to receive better customer service and where I know my money is appreciated! This location is horrible and I am going to write a review on every website I can to discourage anyone from giving them business. Save your time and money! read more

What a wonderful experience I just had here. I'm definitely going back! The therapist honed in my problem areas and didn't use too much pressure. The rooms are nicely decorated, there's tranquil music playing, very relaxing atmosphere. read more

I had a 90 gift certificate from my son for my birthday. I had a nice lady give me a medium tissue massage. I enjoyed it immensely and would frequent there again. I was very relaxed and almost fell asleep. The owner asked me to write a review on Yelp because she had received a very nasty one. I told her I would be glad to write a review for her. Friendly, clean and a professional atmosphere. read more

I wish I can give this place a no star. Cause I made an appointment at 12. Arrived like 5minutes early to maybe settle in. I requested for a male therapist because I go to gym, and I need certain places that needs to be works on. And I walk in, and this lady comes out and tells me that owner is not available who is the male therapist. but thing that made me piss me off was that there was no call to tell me that owner can't do my massage. So I wasted my time to drive here only to be rejected. So I'm super pissed. read more

I decided to try here after going to 3 other reflexology places because of location. The charge $6 more than all the other places and it is not worth it. They also charge $2 more to use a credit card which is not posted anywhere and never mentioned until I was about to pay. I'm not sure that's even legal. It is not a reflexology massage at all. Nice young man - not great massage. read more

I happened upon this little gem over the weekend after my eye caught their Grand Opening sign. From the moment I walked inside, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the salon. I decided to get the $36 Hour Long Foot Massage. It includes a Chinese herbal foot bath, a head, neck, shoulder, and back massage, and of course the foot massage as well. The foot massage is performed in an open area with beautiful music playing in the background. Since this is a full clothed massage (aside from bare feet), privacy is not a necessity. There are separate rooms for the body massages. All I could think about as my hour was ending was, how much I'd like to purchase some gift cards so my family and friends can enjoy this amazing experience as well. As I left, I was happy to receive a bottle of water as well. I will definitely be back soon! read more

Music. The boss is really nice. The most I like is their acupuncture massage which is a little different from regular massage i had before. After the massage, my whole body feels so relaxed and charged. This is the same feeling I experienced when I had a massage in China a couple of years ago. I am so glad that I can fine it here. Definitely will be back soon. read more

I really like the massages I get here! I've been coming for almost 3 years, on-and-off, and i've always gotten my full hours' worth. The masseuses are very strong, very thorough and very dedicated to relieving my aches and pains. I love it! They have a stand-up shower, which I've used once, but mostly I just skip that and spend the extra time with a little more massage. YaYa is one of the masseuses there, and she works so hard to knead my knees and legs when I get a deep-tissue massage. She's usually completely wet when she's done. This is hard work for her, but pure bliss for me! I've gotten limp massages elsewhere that I regretted paying for when I was done, but I've always gotten a great massage here. I always call first, because sometimes in the past, when I just dropped in, both girls were busy and I couldn't get a massage right away. So now I always call and schedule. Walk in feeling bad, walk out feeling great! That's what I'm looking for in a massage! read more

The place was neatly kept and the massage was great. Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone who needs a good head and neck massage. read more

Made an appointment for this afternoon. When I got there, she apologized but told me she forgot about the appointment. She hadn't yet taken in the walk in that was there...but chose him over the booked but forgotten appointment. This was the second time they blew off an appointment that I had scheduled. Never go back! Found Chinese Foot Spa at 1709 N. Rand Road in Palatine, called them, went in and Leo gave me a wonderful foot, back and head massage-Soleful, you lost me as a customer for life, but I found a new sanctuary...and now so will others! read more

Two days after running a 5k, I decided to get a reflexology massage which included a partial massage to my body. After my massage, the tension behind my hamstring was less and I felt better. Tammy, was very pleasant. She asked if I was comfortable in the chair and if the temperature of the water was too hot for my feet ( the water temp. was fine). While getting the massage/ reflexology, she made sure the pressure applied was not to hard on my body. I felt very relaxed. The following day, I have to say that my legs felt great. The tension had disappeared and the range of motion to my legs were back to normal. Whatever technique Tammy used was my magic on my legs. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who has soreness to their muscles. You will feel a difference. The people that work there are kind , professional and they know exactly what areas to relieve the pain. I plan on taking my husband there in the near future. read more
