I had a 60 minute Groupon, my massage ended 10 minutes early, he barely used any lotion resulting is shafing against my skin. I have been a patient of his for about 1.5 years and after having been to a few chiropractors in the area, Dr. Cress has helped manage my migraines better than anyone else. I arrived at the location to learn that the chiropractor had my appointment time wrong. After arguing with me for several minutes, he admitted his error. I chose not to reschedule based upon his mistake. Whether he chose to refuse to treat me based upon other patients' schedule or the fact that my insurance is Medicare, the end result was the same. The scheduling app claims that he does accept Medicare. I did not receive information to the contrary until just prior to my appointment time. Next, he recommended a chiropractor who he said accepts Medicare. The reviews for that individual were particularly negative that included claims of groping and changing into a hospital gown which is not needed for chiropractor treatment. I've been having low back pain for as long as I can remember. I work for a manual job in public works and image we been on my feet all day or pushing and pulling sometimes heavy payloads my back started to hurt. I finally decide to do something about it. I went on yelp to see who was close to me and had good reviews and I found Dr Cress. Yet if I Reading store so I thought I would give it a shot. I was hesitant because you hear something was at work some people say it doesn't and I related this to Dr. Cress. He said he would do an exam tell me what He thought the injury was and his treatment plan. I've always said that what you go to chiropractor you always have to go to the chiropractor and you go 30 times. He told me four or five visits, some stretching , and ART and that would be it. He stretched out my bag like it's never been stretched before and immediately I had relief. He told me just muscle balance was the cause of my pain and my injury and showed me how to stretch on my own to prevent it from coming back. But a year later I ran into Dr. Cress at a fundraiser and I told my back isn't hurting ever since I saw him. So I asked what he thought about me coming in once a month for wellness. He said that was my call and he would appreciate the business but no need to see him if I wasn't in pain. That might not be the best money making statement but it was an honest one. I have been suffering from tendonitis for a long time. I went to different doctors and all they gave me were anti-inflammatory medicine or they wanted to send me to physical therapy but I never saw results. I decided to take matters into my own hands and try acupuncture, that is when I found Dr. Cress. When I first met Dr. Cress I told him my issue and that I wanted to try acupuncture and right away he said "nope, acupuncture alone will not work for you" he was so honest and straightforward and I appreciated that. He does a massage therapy along with acupuncture and just on my first visit, I saw great improvement. I can now use my arm normally where before I couldn't even lift it. I have been with him for a month and I don't think he will be able to get rid of me as a patient. He knows his stuff and I trust him with other issues I may be having. In one of my visits, I mentioned that I have had RLS for over 10 years and he told me to try a specific supplement. I kid you not when I tell you that my symptoms have improved considerably. I don't get it, why has no one ever told me what he told me in 1 or 2 visits? This place came highly recommended by a friend after he noticed that I was having significant back pain. I was optimistic, but to no avail. After my second visit my pain increased significantly and got so bad I went to an immediate care center for pain medication. During my next visit, I explained to Dr. Cress how bad my pain had gotten after the previous visit and he didn't even flinch and gave me the exact same "treatment" I received the previous visit. The same modalities that increased my pain significantly. During each of my visits, Dr. Cress spent about 95% of the time telling me how awesome and amazing he is (some of it inappropriately so). And although I may have spoken the other 5%, I feel like he didn't listen to me at all, especially when I tried to explain how much pain I was in. I ultimately found a chiropractor that helped relieve my symptoms, and Dr. Cress's diagnosis was completely wrong. I think if he was a better listener, he may have seen that his first thought was wrong and tried some other treatments, but he was too busy talking about himself. read more

This review is extremely past due. I found Arc Chiropractic last winter on Groupon. I had a horrible shoulder pain. It was so bad that I could not even sleep at night. I have tried everything I could possibly think of. After about 4 weeks of dealing with this pain, I was going though Groupon just to see what is there and ran into a deal for Arc Chiropractic. I bought a voucher for some Acupuncture, and called to see when I could be scheduled in. Since I was in pain, Dr Cress squeezed me in the same day. Talking to him for a couple minutes to let him know what is happening he knew right away what the problem was. Of course acupuncture did not solve the pain on the spot, but within a day or 2 of visiting him, I started seeing a huge improvement. I had back and knee pain that lasted a long time. I played volleyball and badminton that overused my body. I was recommended by a good friend to consult with Dr. Cress. He understood my problems and suggested treatment plans, he's very confident that I won't have pain anymore after 2-3 months. I saw him twice a week and after about 2 months, I felt much better. Well to be honest, I'm not even sure if Dr. Cress needs more reviews since they have so many great reviews already. :p But here is my review. So I had the back pain after working out too hard at the gym about 3 years ago. And I manage 2 Restaurant at the same time. So you can imagine how my back was being tortured constantly. After I went 2 different 'okay' Chiropractic, I wasn't crazy about Chiropractors. But around last winter, my back was hurting really really bad while I was doing some paper work at the local starbucks. I was going through so much pain just sitting there. so I started to yelp some Chiropractic around me. And looking at so many great reviews at ARC, I just had to give it a go. So thankfully I've got to make appointment with-in about 2-3 hours window. And as other reviews said, Dr. Cress is just amazing. I felt the relief as soon as he did his miracle work and with-in a few days, I was in so much better place. So after one session Dr. Cress told me I only need to come in for maybe 2 or 3 more times, but after seeing the amazing result I told Dr. Cress that I have to come in regularly. So now, I try to go see him at LEAST once a month. Obviously, Dr. Cress's Chiropractic skill is beyond amazing but not just that, He is very friendly and also very helpful. now when I say "Friendly" I'm not talking about some Doctors just trying to be nice to you and be polite. Dr. Cress is beyond anything like that. He is genuinely and naturally super nice and also super fun. The I's have it! The best! I was traveling during the holidays and had severe back pain after sleeping. It was Christmas day the pain got bad. I started calling around and was lucky enough to get Dr Cress on the phone the day after. He fit me in and I went over. After 5 min of stretching me I already felt 80% better but then I got a great adjustment. But not only did he help me, he showed me on a skeleton the problem and the cure. When my son was in High School he suffered from a pretty serious hamstring injury during his winter track season. Dr. Cress is very professional, down to earth and took great care of my son. I found ARC chiropractic by chance on Groupon and brought massage voucher on Groupon. It was very easy to book an appointment and the lady was so polite. Today I went for the massage, it was really good and the massage therapist was experienced and listen to what I say. I have chronic back pain with painful muscle knots all over my back. I told the massage therapist about it and he paid extra attention to my problem and put right pressure to loosen those muscle knots. I am looking forward to go again for more massages. I have gone to other massage places and trust me ARC is one of the best I found till date. Got rear ended months ago. Like a moron it didn't occur to me that my lower back problems could be from that accident. Dr Cress took the time to explain why I was hurting so badly from intangible injuries. Guess filling out intake paperwork was worth my time. He didn't give me the overly sophisticated explanation and then send me an overly sophisticated bill. I heard a few biology terms I haven't heard since high school and then he patiently explained in laymans terms what it all meant. I am a skeptic at heart and expect to be shortchanged. I was given a fair and simple assessment without pressure of treatment programs and snake oils. I can't say enough how nice it was to talk to a human being with a degree and be heard. It is 3.5 months later and I am 100%. I went weekly at first and was given exercises to do at home. I wanted an MRI I was in so much pain but he calmed my nerves and his explanation was balanced and made sense so I stayed the course.
