When I picked my dog up, he was extremely scared and not acting like himself, which was very concerning to me as a pet owner. You can tell when something isn't right, and this didn't sit well at all. She mentioned that my pup was a little anxious when it came to the nail trim/ buffing and took about 5 minutes for her to settle but she kept trying and she eventually settled. I really want to thank her for being so patient and getting it done! Also felt really personal how she carried my dog out of the back and waited for me to pay while holding and petting her instead of having her on the ground. I normally go to the Ventura location because I live 5 minutes from that one but with the recent heat wave and my normal location not having any availability I had to book here. I was looking for the manager and out pops up this woman and gets inches from Mt face wanting me to fight her. Cynthia was her name, she was rude, implote and thought to scare me by bullying. Petrol hires the lowest of the lows it seems to manage their stores.
