The tent was removed early Saturday morning and we arrived shortly after. I quickly noticed some damage in a couple of places (screen door ripped off the top hinge. Globe to porch light knocked off and broken. When I spoke to Oxley about standing behind their work and providing me with compensation for the damage, they declined. Oxley suggested we were the victim of a possible robbery and that their technicians would have reported any damage So my bottom line is being happy for a low price and being glad for the reminder that "You get what you pay for." read more

Service technician's are great. But the office can't seem to keep the books straight. They overcharged me $70.00 and could care less when I called them (3 times) I cancelled my service. And they couldn't have cared less about that either. Business must be good to just write off a customer like that. And I'm out 70 bucks. That's just bad business and I would avoid using them. I've used them for a few years now. I usually had the same young guy come out and he would always call to let me know when he'd be arriving. The quality of service he offered was great. The last few months it's been someone different. I have requested they only come after a certain time yet he comes earlier when I'm not home and I'm not even certain that this guy is actually spraying because there are still spiders very much alive. I end up having to call to ask them to re spray when I am home so they can do inside and that ends up being up to weeks later. Trying to get them to return for service when they say they will impossible! They ask children for payment and hang up on you! Unless they control the conversation. I suggest get back to controlling ants roaches fleas ect not your customers not only do you loose me but i have 6 kids that have had your service glad you can afford that kind of loss not sure your just spraying water cuz my ants never left!. We had the unfortunate experience of using Oaxley to get rid of spiders and they did not get rid of them, they didn't even remove the spider webs. We called to complain and were told that they would send someone out. The guy that came out was not friendly and left puddles of insecticide on our hard wood floors. We called again to complain and were told they would send someone out to correct the issues at no cost. They lied and sent us a bill! Have not and will not use this company & I hope others don't either. This company prides itself as a "family" business to appeal to local customers. But have shady principles. The owner personally interviewed my fiancé, spent the majority of the interview bashing Kern Mosquito & asking about the products and procedures they have as that was my fiancé's former employer. At the end of the interview offered him the position and gave him a tour, walked him out with the promises of being their "19th employee" to completely ghost him. We later found out the interview was solely to get inside information about Kern Mosquito. We are in the middle of a pandemic and my fiancé let Dave know he has a newborn and nine year old at home and was only interested in the position if it was a stable full time position, he was told this would be a career for him when in reality he was only used as leverage for drama between 2 companies. I would not give my business to someone who unethically uses people for information, especially during a pandemic when people are already going through enough. read more

Terrible service. Old guy comes out with a one gallon spray can, spends less than 5 minutes spraying around. Misses several key areas. Asked him politely to hit those areas and he has an attitude with me and lies to me saying he did. Asked him to hit the baseboards and cabinets inside the home. Guy has an attitude with me again. Bugs aren't dead because the guy didn't spray. Called Oxley to come back and they give me the run around trying to stall and delay until the next scheduled service. Finally called to tell them I wasn't happy with their service (I was firm but polite) and the girl on the phone hangs up on me. Unbelievable! I met the owner Dave Oxley at a morning meeting with a room full of people and mentioned I had a spider problem at my home. After a short conversation he said let's head over there and I'll take a look at it. Dave spent a fair amount of time looking over my property and educated me on all the bugs i had and said he could have my house sprayed ASAP and his company would come back every other month to them keep them a away. Wish I could give zero stars. Obtained service from this company only to make my spider and flee problem worse. Tech did less than mediocre job spaying and did not remove a single web. Their website says that all webs would be knocked down while spraying. This company is bordering on legal and NOT! Most of the employees are not truley state licensed, but have a small first part in the license process. Owner claims to be a service company but has had a lawsuit against him for tresspassing to collect a payment. (public record). Equipment and vehicles are bording on unsafe and or dangerous. Then look at the website, claims the pictures are employees, not one are they are pictures from other company's employees. Beware be very very aware of this company. Use a repitable company. Check the state license of company and or owners license. ASK questions lots of, for example: What material are you using? What is the proper mix rate for that material? When was the last time it was used. Are YOU licensed? Can I see your license? Are you licensed to answer this question about pest control or pricing?
