Shoddy work, unprofessional, lies, no accountability, are but a few of this companies specialties. The system worked ok....til it didnt. 2 of the cameras they had installed stopped working year or 2 after install. It is next to impossible to contact owner unless of course you owe him $100 then he would call immediately and spam with emails/texts, threaten to send to collections lol. Ended up being wires that had corroded in less then year or 2. Showed the owner pics of the water filled "junction box" that had literally been installed in mud/next to sprinklers he said that is normal and he saw no issues with it or the wires corroding so fast. Oviss tech himself even laughed at this notion, common sense will tell you electronics/wiring doesnt mix well with water. read more

Oviss installed a security camera system for my company, and I was impressed with how fast and efficient the installers were. The image quality is good and there are many features in the software. read more

It pains me to write a complaint, but I have been unsatisfied with the customer service principles from oviss. I am a residential client and don't get service on weekends. So if my internet dies on Friday i'm screwed until they get to me on Monday. I had to call and ask a few times to get this straight answer. The internet is pretty reliable until it is not. Then you better pray its a weekday and someone is willing to help. I just want to have the router outside my door to be turned on and off but its too much to handle for the next 2 days, I am grateful this next Monday is not a holiday. This company operates like a bank, using "business day"s as a reason to take extra time. I am not the customer directly but I will tell the management of this complex of my disappointment. read more

I have given them business multiple times and have been ok with them , so I call them again for security cameras , talked to Beant , the owner, he said he will give quote by looking our house on Google maps so here I m 2 weeks still waiting for mr beants quote , I also text msg him but no response may be he's too busy with his wife's baby shower but 2 weeks? Just for a quote ? Well I guess time to move on . These guys are better off with 7-11 cameras but definitely not for home security . Thanks Beant for wasting my time . read more

Will never deal with this company ever again. The first appointment we made was for between 9am -11am. After waiting 2 hours, we called and was told the technician was ON HIS WAY. After waiting another 2 hours, we finally left the location. At 3pm, we received a call to say they were on their way. Not wanting to be stood up again, we told them to do their thing without us. They confirmed that they had access to the equipment. However, the next day, this company called us wanting to set up another appointment. When we asked why, they told us that the guy who showed up at 3pm on the previous day did NOT have access to the location and just left. So we made another appointment...only to be waiting again for hours. Appointment window this time was between 1pm-3pm. We drove to the location and promptly called the company at 1pm to confirm everything since we were stood up last time. At 1pm, they assured us their guy would be at our location within the hour. At 2pm, we were told they would be here within 20-30 minutes. At 3pm we called and spoke to a manager named "Sandeep" who apologized and informed us the driver for whatever reason went to another job instead of coming to ours. This is the same excuse they gave us on the first appointment where they showed up 5 hours later (which I consider a NO SHOW). Again, we were told to wait 15-20mins as the guy is ON HIS WAY. What I find most offensive about dealing with this company are the LIES. If you can't make the appointment, reschedule it. Communicate that you're backed up and try and work out another/better time. Instead, this company strings you along with "within the hour" "15-20mins away" and their favorite "on their way". Terrible business practice and I will never know if they are good at what they do because they're too unprofessional to show up to do the job. This has been a complete waste of time. read more

I would have went with One Vision quite some time ago but I was skeptical because of the 1 Yelp review. I'm glad I chose to move forward because I am very pleased with the work that was performed. The team that came out to perform the install of the cameras & DVR did a nice clean job and made everything look very professional which was what I wanted. The tech Jose that came out afterward to finalize everything and tie up any loose ends was a pleasure to work with. I'm am very pleased with the work and would recommend them to any one looking to add video surveillance. read more

Oviss has been taking of us and our guests for a long time at Menlo Park Inn! One of the things I appreciate most about working with Beant and their team is how quickly they are to respond to customer service inquiries, both from our desk agents and also from guests who might be having problems. Also every time we've had a tech come out to the property, they've been great, friendly, helpul and efficient. They came to install more access points on our property and while working that day one of our phones got disconnected. They were able to identify the problem and fix it right away. read more

Just want to say that the DVR they reinstalled is working great now. So far so good. My last review was done in the heat of the moment when they arrived late for the appointment to complete the install. I do appreciate that they were quickly responsive to my concerns. I will stick with them for the annual contract and see how it goes. My biggest feedback is that they should really work on communication, keeping the customer in the loop, and educating the customer about the technical difficulties. We felt in the dark at times, and that is never a good feeling, and leads to a negative experience. It does appear, however, that their technical abilities are spot on. Thanks guys! read more

We recently installed an Oviss video surveillance system. The Oviss team listened to our needs and suggested multiple cameras to surveil our condo complex. They were professional and installed the cameras without a hitch. The cameras are able to capture activity in and around our complex. And, they also provided a competitive price quote.
