They were very respectful of our home (wearing shoe covers, cleaning up after they came in) and went above and beyond to make the low voltage wiring work properly. It was not easy or clear how they'd ensure it was highly aesthetic. Most recently our fire alarms starting going off while our back door was open. The reading on the alarm panel said "fault" back door. This lead me to believe that the alarm system was going off. It took me a minute to get a hold of someone who was adamant that it was my fire alarm system. Unfortunately this conversation was going on in front of the alarm display which read "fault" causing me not to believe the person on the phone. Why would a system that is correctly disengaged say "fault"? Come to find out it was my fire alarm system but had the display read correctly I would never have even tried to get a hold of the alarm company. I was severely berated and criticized for not knowing the name of the person I was talking with. I was told that I would receive correct phone numbers and operating info the next day as according to the very angry gentleman on the phone I had screwed everything up. I have yet to receive any info. I very kindly apologized for being insistent they were at fault even though that is EXACTLY what their display said. Currently we are remodeling and having to leave open windows that are supposedly hooked up to the alarm system, not triggering the system when they are wide open and not being bypassed by anyone in the house. At this point I am scared to call them and I don't know the right number anyway and I might get someone's name wrong. I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

I had a 4 camera and 3 data wall outlets job for my house and they were able to complete it exactly the way I wanted it. Claudia, their sales rep is very responsive and quick to reply. One of the things I love about Sherlock is they are flexible with materials. I choose to provide my own cables since I wanted to use CAT6A and my lockbox. Sherlock is also able to install cameras that you buy which is quite rare to find. For the site visit, Ilad was very knowledge and friendly and made sure job was going to be done right. He came on the first day to check and verify things before the work began. The technicians Edgar & Alex were very friendly and hard working. The job took a day longer than estimated but they were able to finish everything. They came early in the morning and left after sunset. In the end I got everything running smoothly.
