I don't cue up in the inexplicable lines outside…read morethe mediocre national chains, burning now overpriced gas for an overpriced substandard cup of coffee that was rapidly put together without much regard next to the breakfast sandwiches being assembled as their components sadly spew out of the microwaves and turbochefs. If you are as adorably crumudgeonly on such matters, support local! The sisters that run Unapologetic Coffee are creating something special. My work schedule doesn't allow me to get there in person very much, but when it happens its worth it. I said what I said is a fine brew either hot or cold and I am sure Black Mixed with Black will class up my home brewer until I can pay my next visit. If you want a damn fine cup of coffee, latte, made with care and respect from some incredible people, swing by the Best Self building and pay them a visit. The sisters who run the place are creating something special. They have a passion and joy for building great drinks and it is worth the dollars to having something local, BETTER than the crappy chains. A great cup of coffee awaits, get you some.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

He helped me choose what would work best for my espresso machine and even ground a full pound for me on the spot, which I really appreciated. My latte was perfection!! I also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie that was absolutely amazing. I can't remember the name of the bakery, but he mentioned they're made by a local baker out of Tonawanda, and it definitely showed. Overall, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and you can really tell they care about both their coffee and their customers. I'll definitely be back.

I had specifically made the stop here to grab a quick coffee & a breakfast "sang-which" on my way to run errands; only to find out upon arrival they offer no food here. ONLY COFFEE. Kind of a bummer. Due to busy Main Street in Williamsville and parking difficulties don't know if I would stop back because they don't have any food to sit and enjoy with your coffee. Seemed popular, long lines waiting to be served. Posting an updated menu on Yelp, as coffee shop has no paper menu (to-go menu) and they also do not have a website displaying their menu online for customers to view. That would be a nice update.

Home town Buffalo feel where you never know who you'll run into while patronizing this family owned establishment. They also have homemade cakes from a local bakery. Absolutely LOVE Golden Cup. Recommend the Meat, Egg, and Cheese on a Croissant with Onions, Peppers and Mayo. They offer thick cut bacon, turkey or pork sausage. Soups here are also VERY good and homemade.
