There was chicken, peppers, onion, cheese all in it that made it look way better than some of the other quesadillas I've tried lately. The chips were delicious and you can tell they were made in house and not just dumped from a bag. All in all, I was so happy we had lunch here. After seeing his dinner though, I was kicking myself for not ordering food. Recently, I had the opportunity to rectify that and I'm glad I did! Around 5:30pm on a Thursday, I pulled into the huge parking lot (which looking at my first review, is now paved!) and found a spot pretty close to the main entrance. Walking in, there's a host stand straight ahead with a brewery to the right and the dining room to the left. I took a moment to wander around and came away impressed with how large The Ridge West Seneca is. Afterward, I found most of my group had been seated at a both right near the entrance. Cups and glass bottles of water were spread out and menus were laid in front of us. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to order but looking over the menu, The Ridge has a great variety of food. Our waitress was great with our group of five, one being a (almost) two-year-old. Our waitress was friendly, personable, did a great job checking on us throughout the evening, I know I was at ease throughout the evening. After a few minutes looking at the menu, we all placed our orders and then sat back and caught up. As I mentioned earlier, it's very spacious inside with music playing over the speakers, some TVs playing sports, and plenty of people enjoying the evening. I've seen The Ridge advertise their outdoor patio and seeing it in person, it looked awesome! The turnaround time from ordering to our dinners arriving was very reasonable, what I would expect for a group our size. For dinner, I ordered their Rustler Burger (8 oz. burger topped with cheddar cheese, a couple strips of bacon, BBQ sauce, crispy onion strings, fried jalapenos, and siracha aioli between a toasted brioche bun), cooked "medium", with a side of fries and their roasted red pepper fry sauce. The burger was excellent!! A hearty patty, cooked to a perfect "medium", topped with nice, big, crispy pieces of bacon, nicely melted cheddar cheese and plenty of crispy onion strings and fried jalapenos on both the top and bottom! The siracha aioli was creamy with a nice spicy, slightly sweet flavor. The fries were cooked perfectly - not soft but not crunchy, perfectly crispy and nicely seasoned. The roasted red pepper fry sauce had a thick texture and great, almost smoky flavor. They have several other fry sauces to pick from so I'll switch it up the next time I come. The portion sizes here are excellent - I've been to other restaurants where their side of fries is... weak, but The Ridge West Seneca, between the generous amount of fries and the big burger, I was far from disappointed! For the price, between the excellent quality and great portions, I thought the price was in-line, very reasonable! I, and the group I was with, had a great experience at The Ridge West Seneca! Friendly staff, great food (both quality and portions), and a cool atmosphere. Whenever I have friends or family in town, I would not hesitate bringing them to The Ridge West Seneca - I know I'm looking forward to coming back again!

You walk up 3 Steps and in you are greeted by the Owner's wife Sherryl, the Owner and the Head of Winfield's (Tab Daulton) is running the show making sure food gets pumped out of their Small Kitchen. While their son Thomas is at the Bar making Cocktails of the highest Quality with some of the most unique names that I've ever heard. My 1st visit was enjoying a Birthday Dinner with loved ones in the center of the Restaurant. While going over the menu, I had my 1st Cocktail called The Ghostwriter in a tall cylindrical glass that had Gin, Herbal Liqueur, Coconut, Lime, Lemongrass Syrup & Dill. Sweet and Herbaceous. Next up was some Fresh made Focaccia Bread studded with Rosemary, Garlic, Tomatoes and Zucchini that was so Warm and Flavorful like it just came right out the Oven. You know I like to drink Beer and cook with it too, I couldn't help but get myself a cup of their Beer Cheese soup with Bratwurst and Housemade Croutons. Every single Spoonful I took was Rich with a hint of Spicy heat at the end. Next up was a plate off Duck Confit Poutine with Goat Cheese (I opted for that instead of Cheese Curds). You might look at it and see a big globby mess but what I saw and what I ate was pure Gluttonous Heaven. French Fries, bits of Rich and Tender Duck Meat and mild and Tangy Cheese which equaled a comforting Bite. Next was another Cocktail I got called the Dirty Harry (named after one of Clint Eastwood's best-known roles). Another drink that hit hard consisting of Pineapple, Doctor Bird Rum, Boomsa Herbal Liquor and Banana Shrub Jam. While waiting for my main course, I tried some of Nathan's BBQ Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Who doesn't like tender Pieces of Meat with the outside bring Crispy while the Meat inside just melts away on your Tongue. For our Entrees, everyone enjoyed something different like Nathan and Brianna having Seared Chicken with Vegetables, Mike enjoying a Burger, Rick just getting a few Appetizers, Grandma Carol eating Fish Tacos, Jimmy and Kathy enjoying a Steak. While I got myself Seared Scallops over Sweet Corn Risotto with Tarragon. This looked to me and ate like a Summer Dish, why on earth was it on the Menu during close to Fall/Winter, I don't know. But I'll say this, I loved every bite, you get Sweetness from both the Seafood and the Corn with the Tarragon at the end giving it a light hit of Licorice. Thomas kindly gave me a Complimentary Drink while waiting for Dessert called the Legislation #2. It had Rye Whiskey, Dry Vermouth, Orange Cognac and Acidic Phosphate. While it had all those Ingredients, it was a simple looking Drink with a Jurassic sized Ice Cube in it. But I will say this, this drink packed one heck of a Potent Punch. To finish off the Meal, I got myself a big slice of Guinness Chocolate Cake. One of my favorite Beers has been Transformed into a Dessert. It had such a Deep chocolate Flavor with richness from the frosting packed in between each layer. I walked over and personally thank Tab and his Crew for the great Food that night.
