Although the man running the cash register was adorable, the people at the inappropriately named "help hub" were not only entirely unhelpful, they were also quite disagreeable - borderline rude - they responded to my friendly greeting with hostile stares, and it was downhill from there.

We didn't make it one foot in the store, when we were rudely told we still needed to wear a mask, despite most places (including Menards) not requiring them for vaccinated people. We asked if they had any, since we did not; we put them on and walked the store. After discovering they did not have what we needed, we left. While leaving, an older man who was working began shaking his head to the other employees about us and discussing how we thought we did need masks. * rude staff * empty store * unkept * still requires masks That's a big no. But less expensive than the mom n' pop hardware store...it's the goldie-locks. These things are cookie cutter. Meaning you're likely to have the exact same experience here as you would at the one across town.

I went in and ordered a stackable dryer that n a Sunday morning. Gave them everything I was looking…read morefor and needed. Had delivery setup for the up coming Tuesday. They gave me a 7a-7p window for delivery. (Really who can stay home that long?) Then I finally get a call the day of giving me a delivery between 2-6pm. They show up at 2pm. Take our old dryer and drop the new one in the garage and say they can't install because they don't have the parts. I ordered everything the store said we needed for install and paid and then they show up and are not prepared. We called the store and spoke to multiple people and got bounced to delivery every-time, but delivery department kept putting us on hold and wouldn't send anyone back out to complete install. They were very rude and not helpful at all. Finally we end up with a person in the store that steps in and tried to get things squared away to get the install on Wednesday. Then Wednesday morning he calls and says that they can deliver the parts but can't install it and that we have to wait. Wait till when? Yeah I'm still waiting!!! I will never order another appliance at Lowe's again. Their service is horrible and they do nothing to correct their mistake. What ever happened to quality customer service?

Pots, pans, serving ware, pretty dishes, cookie cutters, gadgets, etc. They've also got a nice selection of dips, spreads, jams, and mixes for baked goods, soups, sauces, etc. We stopped in this past weekend after a few years away and I was happy to see they've now added a small cooler section in the back with some great picnic items and snacks like cheeses, spreads, charcuterie, even miniature butter packets--perfect for a nice little baguette when you're visiting and don't want to commit to an entire package of butter just to have a nice snack on the beach! Things are a little pricier here but it's a boutique store in a vacation town so it's to be expected. But their offerings are good quality so there isn't a ton of sticker shock! Highly recommend coming through to browse and grab some snacks!
