Our salesperson (Jim T.) kept us up to speed on schedule updates and once our time came, he notified us, let us know the field tech's name (Austin from GR office) and when we should expect him to arrive. Our field tech (Austin) was very prompt, polite and professional. Within a few minute overview to explain our needs he went right to work and I left back to the office. All work was completed the same day and what a fantastic job Austin did! Everything was all put back together and work area was all cleaned up so we could hardly tell anyone had been there.
