We used Arnsman Excavating for construction on our new home. Unfortunately, we are still pulling…read morenails, screws, metal rods, and other miscellaneous metal objects out of our driveway 5 months later. We were told that the total bill for the job would be about 30k, and after not hearing from Jack for months, we got a bill for a little over 80k, and the job was not done yet. We almost ended up in court over this, but were able to settle. About 4 months after settling, Jack told us that he no longer was going to stand by the agreement we established. We had Oetman and Cherry Valley come to fix the driveway and final grade, and the level of professionalism from these two companies was far superior to Arnsman. For anybody considering Arnsman for their building project, we would strongly recommend not doing so.
