Came on time. Called ahead. Crew was expert. Navigated a very narrow driveway with a very big truck. Trimmed that old cedar down in no time, without butchery. Saved the chips on a tarp in the front yard. Cleaned up after themselves. Hung around a bit to chat and say hello, then went on their merry way. The tree(s), the birds and I are very happy. I contacted Bartlett on March 12 to trim a Riverbirch and an Ornamental Pine. Hannah scheduled Kevin to visit my residence on March 20. On March 15 Hannah contacted me to reschedule the appointment for "...back to April. Kevin will be in touch with the proposal after his visit." Kevin never arrived. On April 23, I contacted Hannah in hopes of an update. Hannah emailed me back a full week later and stated Kevin would be there tomorrow. It is May 7 and I still do not have any qoute from Bartlett. I've moved on to a new company. read more

Very unprofessional, and unreliable, I never received a quote, even after I called them to check on it. If someone cannot do the work for whatever reason, or does not want the work, the professional way to handle it is to provide a "no-quote" response. DETAILS: Called to get a quote, had to schedule 2-weeks out, everyone is busy so that's no problem. They came over looked at everything in July 2021 and said they would send a quote. After about 4-weeks (August) with no quote or call, I contacted them and they said they were working on the quote. It is now early October and no quote was ever received. We needed some tree-trimming done in our back yard. From the first meeting with Scott to the initial scheduling of the job through to the completion of the work by Lance, Silas, and William, we couldn't be more pleased. I have some large trees that are close to the house. They are beautiful trees and I really did not want to cut them down. Bartlett did a risk assessment and recommended trimming and cabling as opposed to removal. The cabling procedure required that the trees be dormant. A very hardy and skilled crew arrived in mid-January and completed the work in fridgid temperatures. I was pleased with the result and found Bartett Tree Experts to be knowledgable, professional, and polite. Highly recommended! read more
