So naturally we called them for Spring start up this year, and no call backs after at least 8 calls into them over a span of 2-1/2 weeks. Once we finally reached someone on call #9 they told us that the no longer service Middleville. All I can say is this is the most disrepectful service I have ever received from someone that we had done business with the year prior, but only to be ghosted by them in the current year with no information whatsoever that they no longer serviced our area. Shame on them for such horrible communications and business practices.

Last time they were scheduled to come out they had to reschedule THREE times before their service…read moreteam could come out (claimed vehicle issues etc) and work on the irrigation. It was overlooked because they gave a $10 discount. About a month later another appointment was made for them to come out for other irrigation issues and Lily had scheduled it. It was documented on the calendar and in phone. The day of the appointment it rained and their tech was a NO SHOW. There was no text, call or email from them to notify of any changes. When Lily was called about their no-show she repeatedly DENIED ever SCHEDULING this appointment and refused to apologize besides. This is a HORRIBLY RUDE AND INSULTNG COMPANY. Apparently they think their customers are stupid? Will not be doing business with them again and would not recommend.
