Most recently Ray pulled a new circuit for an electric fireplace, relocated an outlet and installed surge suppression at my main panel. It was a challenging install as the majority of the basement ceiling was previously finished. Ray quickly assessed the situation and was able to identify a route and complete the work (By himself) in record time. Immediately following the work at my home Brad teamed up with Ray to install 2 new circuits and surge suppression at my daughter's home to accommodate recently installed heat tape. Again the challenge at hand was the finished ceilings in the basement. They worked in tandem to quickly get cable from the main panel to the far corners of the home and install GFI receptacles outside. I can't say enough good about Webb Electric. Dave VerPlank came to our house and gave us a reasonable and competitive quote on a Briggs & Stratton generator. The new generator was installed quickly and worked great on our first power outage. Unfortunately, on our second power outage, the generator failed (on a weekend of course). We had the generator only 4 1/2 months. We left a message at VerPlank over the weekend and got a call back first thing Monday. The technician, Marc, was at our house on Tuesday to diagnose the problem and discovered several major parts in the generator had failed. When Marc contacted Briggs & Stratton he was told because the generator had exceeded the 90 day window they would not replace it but only repair. That was not satisfactory to Dave VerPlank. He called us that evening, after business hours, and told us we would be receiving a brand new generator. Marc, Steve and Parker arrived THE NEXT MORNING to install our new generator and everything went smoothly. I can not speak highly enough about this company, their owner, Dave VerPlank and their staff. They stand behind their products and provide excellent customer service!

They were able to provide a great value for the service I needed. The follow up after went well, that technician was informative and good. The downside to service professor is they get in your door for a cheap price and try to find something wrong so they can quote you an enormous amount of money for a service a local professional can do. I know because the cheapest quote they offered was $4,000, to fix my problem but I found a local plumber who was licensed and insured who did it for a fraction of the cost. I would have used service professor if they were priced more fairly.

We got bids from several electricians and Doug gave me the best bid of all of them. Very reasonable. Once the work started, there were 2-3 people working on the project and they were all so nice and helpful. For example, I thought I would need 6 cans in my kitchen, they assured me that I just needed 4 with the under cabinet lights and they were completely correct, saving me money. They cleaned up after themselves (something I wasn't expecting) and it went completely smooth. It took them 2 days to complete. I would also like to note that I had electricians who were telling me that I wasn't able to get my under cabinet lighting and Doug never once told me anything of the sort. I had the impression that they were doing everything possible to make sure I was completely happy 100%, even coming back after the job was done to rewire some of my switches. Further note, I had lost power about a month later, beginning of March (COLD TIME) :/, due to a wind storm. Once we bought a generator, I called Doug to see what it would take to plug in my generator to my house so we could have heat. The initial amount was high due to the location of the electrical box for my house. Too high after spending so much money on adding all of the above lights. I asked him to do everything possible to try to go cheaper. He promptly came over the very next morning with a another solution that made the price half the amount. (We had no power for 4 days and having heat and water was wonderful!) I can't say enough about Doug. He has a great "bedside manner" and extremely helpful.
