After 8 weeks went and still no fix I emailed asking for a completion date so I could have the interior of my house repaired from water damage as well. Was told within 10 days. Waited another 2 weeks and still nothing. For the next 5 weeks Ross Williams would not return a single email, call, or text message. In total I wasted 15 weeks waiting for this guy to come fix my roof. That's 15 weeks of water continuing to come into my house and 15 weeks of holding up the company that was already paid to fix the interior of my house. Would strongly recommend not wasting your time with this company. Luckily for him the amount of the contract isn't worth my time to take him to court for breach of contract.

They came and gave an estimate, provided a few different options, took about a week to get back to me. Not impressed by the service one bit...had a bunch of high schoolers provide the "professional" service. I'm not against that be any means but when they throw buckets of dirt in my air conditioning unit and their cigarette butts in the posts they're digging....'pro' doesn't define the service. Switched the gauges on the fence without notice and told me it was stated in the estimate. I would've gladly spent the extra couple hundred to go with a different company. Ray even had the audacity to complain to collect payment since he was on vacation when his crew finished late. Nothing like moving into a house and needing a fence for your dog while getting a guilt trip about not driving 45min to pay someone. Shop elsewhere folks.
