Each time I shopped here, I was taken care of extremely well and in a couple of cases, saved money based on good suggestions from their staff. We just had a problem with a bedroom lamp which kept flickering instead of giving off clear light. I'm not real handy (my tool box is basically a Swiss Army Knife) so I went to Grand Rapids Lighting to see if I could possibly make the repair instead of paying them to do it. I was taken back to the parts area where they showed me what was needed and what to do when I get home. Fast forward an hour, (with their help) I fixed the lamp.
