I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase and I think he probably assumed I would wanna look around elsewhere just to get a feel of pricing but I was happy with what he showed me so I purchased it straight away. It was nice that they had both machines in stock too! I purchased on a Thursday afternoon and we set up delivery and install for the following Tuesday. They showed up literally RIGHT on time at 3pm for the 3-5pm window I chose. Great service. Super nice guys. They tested everything out and got it all set up. The dryer wasn't igniting so they actually had some guys from the store bring another dryer to replace that one. They were done with everything before 5pm so super efficient. Couch back boards broke to where boards put hole in back of couch and messed up my wall. Loveseat wasn't as bad but seams on front bottom came open and the recliner omg seams in seat and lower part came apart and the material was unraveling. Lesson learned never will buy funiture from there again. And never that material pay a little more and get something that will last more than 6 months before you have to replace it

She was able to understand our design preferences and work with our budgetary concerns. We were able to get effective, attractive lighting at a price that made sense to us. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are looking for new lighting for your home or are starting a build project of your own.

Made arrangements to have it picked up and was told it would be a week plus to get an assembled one delivered. Next day the gift receivers decided to assemble themselves so called back to cancel the exchange. Granted, probably a hassle for the store but the original mistake was theirs. The employee was very abrupt and short. Eventually was able to cancel the exchange but never in any of the calls did I receive so much as an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" from anyone. That is so simple and free I cannot understand why decent customer service is so rare?

The guys that work in outlet are the best. They work hard to make sure you have your kitchen layout YOU bring as they do not do design in the outlet division. 90% of the time they have every cabinet we need and can take with, many are still boxed. They have limited cabinet design, however most are dovetailed, some even soft closed drawers, they have many sinks, bathroom vanities. The best is, they are local and have almost all you need in one spot.

Beware! Williams Kitchen & Bath (Rachel) sold my mother in law cabinets for her new kitchen. The…read morecontractor installed them and they later noticed cracks on the bottom of two faces of the cabinets. My mother in law now has to pay the contractor to install the replacement cabinets and to return the damaged cabinets and pick up the replacements. Also, a tall pantry cabinet was supposed to be pull out drawers and instead was delivered with static shelves. She paid for the upgraded pull outs. They told her there wasn't anything they could do other than to get replacements. She is stuck footing the bill for the labor due to damaged product. Shouldn't Williams Kitchen & Bath checked to make sure that these items weren't damaged prior to sending the out? That's poor customer service and not standing behind their products. They basically don't want to make the situation better. I would suggest looking around at other options. They don't seem to want to take much responsibility for their own products.
