I told him what I was looking for and needed and he guided me in the right direction. I spoke with him about my budget and he recommended me a washer and dryer that had a great discount during their Labor Day sale and kept me within budget. He also let me know about the rebate they had going on for the machines as well. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase and I think he probably assumed I would wanna look around elsewhere just to get a feel of pricing but I was happy with what he showed me so I purchased it straight away. It was nice that they had both machines in stock too! I purchased on a Thursday afternoon and we set up delivery and install for the following Tuesday. They showed up literally RIGHT on time at 3pm for the 3-5pm window I chose. Great service. Super nice guys. They tested everything out and got it all set up. The dryer wasn't igniting so they actually had some guys from the store bring another dryer to replace that one. They were done with everything before 5pm so super efficient. I would recommend Nawara Brothers to anyone looking for appliances!

My wife and I used Kendall Lighting most recently and were happy with our experience. I found the store to be fairly representative of lighting stores (they don't tend to vary a huge amount), but the service here was better than any of the other three I've been to.
