He performed our yearly service on our HVAC system and pointed out things that needed to be changed (filters, tubin, etc) we thought we had a leak in our humid and it was a simple mistake on our part. We also found out that our Hot water heaters were very outdated and it was a matter of time we would have have a bigger mess on our hands then we would have wanted. we are very grateful that Brandon was honest with us and respected our home and our dog Oliver. Moving forward we will be requesting Brandon for future maintenanc. Thank you Brandon! Thank you Frontier!

The stove is incredibly efficient and requires very little wood to heat our large house. We had a lot of questions about the different options they offer and they were very patient and knowledgeable in helping us place it in a desirable location. The install was one of, if not the best, experience we've had on our home. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They protected our floors everywhere they worked and educated us and answered all of our questions before leaving. They also followed up with us in the subsequent weeks. This is really a great local company with a ton of expertise. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about having one of these installed to go here first, you won't regret it!

A woman from your business called to cancel my appointment 15 minutes before it was supposed to take place. I explained in detail the I had an electric central AC and heating system and that the compressor is located on the roof of the building. I repeated explained that I do not have neighbors above or below me. My electric central AC and heating system is located in a utility room on the 2nd floor of my three story unit. The USPS insists on putting Apt 107 instead of unit 107. My address was provided to you on Monday, but nobody was concerned about my apartment like home until 15 minutes before my appointment. I do not live in an apartment like condo. My condo building is three stories high and I live in a townhouse styled condo that is three stories and an end unit. My AC compressor that is located on the roof is easily accessible to tenants and service technicians. The lack of knowledge by the woman that called to cancel, her supervisor and the technician is an internal problem and not something a conversation with me will solve. If I ran Vredevoogd I would be looking for three new qualified employees. Your employee seem to lack knowledge on very basic information about electric central AC and heating systems and AC compressor located on the roof instead of being ground level. I was without AC for three days. Thank God another company fit me in that same afternoon. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Three days without AC in 90 plus temperatures and it could have been many more because Vredevoogd canceled 15 minutes before my appointment.
