We had a lot of questions about the different options they offer and they were very patient and knowledgeable in helping us place it in a desirable location. The install was one of, if not the best, experience we've had on our home. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They protected our floors everywhere they worked and educated us and answered all of our questions before leaving. They also followed up with us in the subsequent weeks. We've now soon after had an issue with our water heater and called another company and when they looked at the furnace to check it said it is incredibly broken and dangerously so.
