After 8 weeks went and still no fix I emailed asking for a completion date so I could have the interior of my house repaired from water damage as well. Was told within 10 days. Waited another 2 weeks and still nothing. For the next 5 weeks Ross Williams would not return a single email, call, or text message. In total I wasted 15 weeks waiting for this guy to come fix my roof. That's 15 weeks of water continuing to come into my house and 15 weeks of holding up the company that was already paid to fix the interior of my house. Would strongly recommend not wasting your time with this company. Luckily for him the amount of the contract isn't worth my time to take him to court for breach of contract.

They came and gave an estimate, provided a few different options, took about a week to get back to me. Not impressed by the service one bit...had a bunch of high schoolers provide the "professional" service. I'm not against that be any means but when they throw buckets of dirt in my air conditioning unit and their cigarette butts in the posts they're digging....'pro' doesn't define the service. Switched the gauges on the fence without notice and told me it was stated in the estimate. I would've gladly spent the extra couple hundred to go with a different company. Ray even had the audacity to complain to collect payment since he was on vacation when his crew finished late. Nothing like moving into a house and needing a fence for your dog while getting a guilt trip about not driving 45min to pay someone. Shop elsewhere folks. Rude and disrespectful to me an my neighbors.

All of the guys were SOOO respectful and its obvious they truly care about the employees! & normally its awkward having contractors in your home, it never once felt like that. Which as a woman is important. Im just so beyond impressed w/ the way they choose to run their business and take care of their employees! I referred my boyfriend to this company because he loved my apartment so much. I loved this unit because it had 1 1/2 bathrooms which was a nice touch if we had visitors or the other bathroom was taken. It was also within reasonable driving distance to the highway, and other attractions around town. A private garage was also available for people to rent. When we moved away from Michigan, we were really sad to move away from these properties because they truly valued their customers. We actually looked to see if they had any properties in Pennsylvania but they didn't Koetje, you should consider owning some properties here, I'd move in!!). The communities were very clean. The maintenance employees were friendly and approachable. Still, I think the best part of the company was the management team. I continue to have many friends who reside in Michigan, and I continue to refer them to Koetje properties. You will not be disappointed, and that is why I decided to write this review 16 months after having moved away.

Our roommate decided his room was too cold (found out later his vent was closed) so he cranked it up to 90 F. Within an hour, the whole apartment smelled and we started feeling lightheaded. We called the main office, and we opened a window. They said there was no leak, and when I turned the heater down to 75 F we were fine. So don't get a weirdo roommate who thinks it needs to be 90 F in there. Only other problem was obnoxious neighbors who pounded on the walls whenever I started to speak, then would have loud parties until 3 AM. They would throw cigarette butts on our balcony, and the smell from the cigarettes would come in through our windows during the summer. Management did NOTHING about this, which caused a lot of problems for me. Overall, it was a nice place to live. If the neighbors hadn't sucked, it would have been a lot more pleasant. Location is great, I never had a problem walking to Meijer even after dark, there's almost always a cop stationed on the main road. Pool is clean, though it's almost impossible to get in there without a dozen kids screaming. I guess someone has a babysitting job over there and uses the pool to keep them occupied.
