the crew is neat, clean and do good work. the office and schedulers are terrible and will lie. i talked to the office repeatedly about needing a scheduled time frame for the roof, being that we are third shift workers. we were given a start date, and that it would be a 3 to 5 day job. they showed up 5 days early, meaning that my husband had to go to work on only a couple hours of sleep. then we told them the whole next week was open. they have only been here 1 day on the week we agreeded on, said they would be here, haven't shown, haven't called to let us know what is happening. we have a half done roof, and it looks like next week we will be back to working on no fucking sleep because the office in this company can jot fucking communicate with their crews. neat and clean isnt enough, when there are legitimate reasons to stay to a particular schedule, they will mot even try, if fact, its like they are purposely ignoring our requests. hire someone else. read more

This is the worst company I have ever had in 34 years. They do not respond issues. They claim they cant help you if the window company went out of business. They claim windows loose their seal. Dont ever use them! yes they lie to your and do shoddy work. Go elsewhere! read more

Professional Home Improvement is anything but professional. After being verbally abused and called a liar multiple times by the owner Ron I asked for a refund. Ron agreed to refund my down payment minus $100.00. The next business day I was informed that there would be a bank fee of $198.00 to refund my debit card! I confirmed this fee was not from my bank. The person in account is rude and hung up on me twice. I still don't know what the $198.00 fee is for. read more

Valentine's team was amazing. They did our entire roof in one day and didn't stop until everything was clean. They were hard-working, knowledgeable, and friendly. No debris was left behind. The only way I could tell that they had been there was that I had a wonderful new roof. read more

We had another contractor come out to fix the problem causing the water damage. We also had a building inspector from Montcalm county assess the work that had been done by Professional Home Improvement. The flashing around the tops of the doors, and around the deck's ledger board, was improperly installed which allowed the water to enter the interior of the wall and caused the water damage. read more

This business has completed a project for us that no other company we contacted would even take the time to look at. It was a smaller project, but something that we really wanted in our new home. Due to a different type of door with an odd size a custom door had to be ordered and we wanted a doggy door had to be installed in this custom door. Because it was such a custom door we did have to wait a little longer to get the project completed, but all in all Precision Home Provements, Inc stood by their word and got the door installed in a professional manner. We were looking for a reputable company to install new windows in our home. Found these guys on Better Business Bureau with decent reviews, HOWEVER, it took them 10 months to complete installation of the 6 windows we needed. Kept getting excuse after excuse. The windows were measured incorrectly, therefore they had to put a 1" extension jam all around each window which made the windows smaller. The installers left nails everywhere and were smoking as they were installing the windows so their smoke was going right in my home. Half the screens were loose and had holes in them. I had to get a couple of them repaired myself. Windows are very hard to open, with one of them not staying up once opened. There was a piece of black material in between the window pane of 1 window. I was told I would be 100% happy with the windows I am not. Mostly from a customer service standpoint. I would not go back here again. read more

They will lie to you, do shoddy work and considerate it adequate. you won't get your money back so don't waste your money on an attorney. They are slick at scamming you.
