Let me start off by saying the process from getting the estimate all the way to completion was flawless. Stephen came out to talk to us , then looked at everything including what would be involved to get the job done, listened to everything we needed and also wanted to have done. He was very personable and welcoming , basically someone you can trust completely and feel he was being honest. We then agreed on what option of the type of roofing we wanted to go with. They started the job on time with no delays , worked everyday ( thank goodness the weather was good everyday) and had it completed on time and in just a few days. We couldn't be happier with how they handled themselves right from the start , keeping our yard clean and not having trash or debris laying around. They protected our property so there were no signs they were even here when they finished. The quality of work is absolutely amazing and looks fantastic!! Special attention was given also to a issue he found that needed to fixed. There was a part of our roof where the chimney is located next to two parts of the roof where they come together that could have developed a pocket where water would have gathered and then eventually caused water leaking into our home. It needed extra work done there and he did this for us. He actually built something to address this and modified the angle so all the water will run off the roof now. We are absolutely happy and recommend them to anyone who wants honestly, competitive pricing ( actually less then we expected to cost) and high quality job done. read more

A year ago, we have a huge issue with our roof. It was poorly constructed. Somehow, it still passed ACE inspections when we bought the house and left us with a roof that was destined to fail. I wouldn't have known this, I am not handy nor am I a roofer. When we discovered a huge leak in the corner of the mud room after a rain storm the night before. We made multiple phone calls and got multiple quotes. We had no idea where to begin. It was when I made a phone call to All Service and remodel was when things change. There was one thing about Stephen that was different from the other guys. He was thorough and wasn't trying to push me to sign a contract right then and there. Within a week we had a brand new roof and couldn't have been happier with the way it looked and how durable it is. Stephen and Mitch was a pleasure to work with. Our roof looks absolutely amazing. We know that there is no way water is getting through that roof, it is solid built. We couldn't have asked for a better business. Stay away from super large roofing companies and stick to small businesses! All Service and Remodel will treat you right! ***FAST FORWARD 1 YEAR*** Michigan has gotten some nasty thunderstorms including the one from last night on 9/12. Our roof held together and guess what, STILL NO LEAKS! We are still so happy with the decision we made last year and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do this job. read more

From the initial quote to the final project meeting, All Service & Remodel LLC delivered an exceptional roofing experience marked by professionalism, clarity, and true customer care. The quoting process was straightforward and transparent, with every detail explained clearly so we understood exactly what to expect. Throughout the project, communication was outstanding. The project leads on site answered every question thoroughly and took the time to explain each phase of the work, which made the entire process feel organized and predictable. The office team was equally impressive--responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful with scheduling, updates, and any follow up questions. The workmanship itself was excellent, the crew was respectful of the property, and the final result exceeded expectations. It's rare to find a company where both the field team and the office operate with such consistency, professionalism, and pride in their work. I highly recommend All Service & Remodel LLC for anyone seeking a reliable, communicative, and skilled remodeling and roofing contractor. read more

We hired All Service & Remodel several years ago for a complete roof replacement. Recently, when a leak developed near our chimney vent, I contacted them to inquire about our 10-year warranty. Their response was incredibly fast, a technician arrived the very next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered the problem wasn't related to their original workmanship or a roof failure. Instead, it was failed caulking on the external vent hood, due to years of weather exposure. Even though the repair was outside the scope of their warranty, the technician promptly fixed the caulking on the spot. Once the caulk had cured they helped me troubleshoot and test the repair to ensure the leak was completely resolved. The subsequent water testing confirmed the repair held up perfectly. I can't recommend All Service & Remodel enough. Both times we've worked with them, they've been helpful, honest and fair and their communication has been prompt and thorough. We will definitely continue to reach out to them for future home improvement projects. read more

These guys are awesome. Steve came to my house and did a very thorough inspection and estimate. He gave me the full game plan of what he would do and what he's seen some other roofers do. We sat down, went over some options, and he did not leave until he was absolutely sure I had no questions. Once we got started, Mitch kept constant communications going. There was not a time that I did not know what our progress was. The work was phenomenal and turned out great. They used high quality GAF products. The few times that I interacted with some of the team members that were actually working on our roof, they were extremely courteous and made sure they were not in our way and showed our safety was important. My initial estimate from a competitor was a little cheaper, so obviously All Services isn't the absolute cheapest option out there, but the value gained from the process, my comfort with the team, and how the quality of the product turned out was far worth it. read more

All Service & Remodel is wonderful. We had our roof and 2 of our large windows replaced. Their communication is beyond great. Steve and Mitch are both very informative about the work they do and do not try to push unnecessary extras on their customers. We were informed by Steve after he did our thorough walkthrough/estimate that the other quote we received from another local company was incorrect and they were actually over-quoting us by several hundred square feet of roofing that we did not have, which totaled well over $6,000! We threw a few unforeseen curveballs at All Service and they were very patient with us and helped us tremendously. We have already talked to several of our neighbors, friends and family members who are in need of new roofs about the great experience we had and we will continue to recommend them. We will definitely hire All Service & Remodel again for future projects. read more

I love my new roof! I can't say enough good things about All Service Remodel. They are timely, professional, cost effective and provide quality craftsmanship. Steve and Mitch came highly recommended to me by my banker after we noticed a roof leak. Steve the owner stopped out right away and made a temporary fix so the water would stop leaking into our home. We knew we were going to need a complete roof replacement and I'm so happy I had All Service Remodel for the project. There was a few extra items like the facia and gutter that needed repair; and they took care of everything. Steve was great to work with and his crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my next project. read more

All Service & Remodel LLC did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Steve did the initial assessment, answered our questions and gave us several options. He had Paul come over and cover 3 open areas on our peak until the roof could be replaced.Mitchell kept us informed as to when the materials would be delivered and when the work would start on our roof. When the work started Paul was here all day with the crew and answered any questions we had. All 3 were very easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. Our new roof looks great and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. Randy S. read more

All Service was great, I would have given them a 5 star rating but there was one area of clean - up they missed. The gutters were full of the old roofing nails, other than that they did a great job did everything they said and we got a great roof put on in One day with a great team of installers. They did a little damage to our landscaping but they gave us some cash, which was more than enough to get what they damaged replaced, that shows they care about there customers. They were professionals and answered all the questions we had, they did what they said, to me that means a great deal, I will use them again for other projects. Gary S. read more

The All Service team is just that, we had a professional experience working with the team from start to finish. It began with a visit from the owner and his project manager. We agreed on the materials to be used and shortly received a quote that was fair, to replace our Roof shingles, Facia and new Gutters. Each step of the way we were told when work would begin. When had questions they were quickly answered and resolved. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service. The team leaders instilled trust between us and their process by delivering the work on time. They did a beautiful Job! read more

I needed a new roof. I contacted All Service & Remodel and Mitchell contacted me within a few hours and set up an appointment. Steve shows up and could have just talked about a new roof and leave it at that. He has the knowledge, experience and vison about putting up new house fascia, new black gutters and down spouts along with a new roof. I could not be any happier about doing everything Steve thought was best for the project. Paul was great overseeing the project and the teams from the roofers, fascia installers and the gutter installers were all number one. Thank you team All Service & Remodel. read more

In a day and age where customer service seems to be a lost art, All Service & Remodel are a breath of fresh air. I had a great feeling from my initial conversation with Mitchell, but when Paul went out of his way to take an peek at our roof and then Steve came over to look more in depth and talk through the process of getting our roof replaced.. I knew I had called the right peeps. Honest, trustworthy, clear and concise. They took care of the back and forth with insurance and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about All Service. Every experience I've had working with them has been timely, professional, beautiful craftsmanship and cost effective. All Service did an outstanding job!! They tore off our old and very outdated roof and replaced it with high quality Timberline HD shingles. Our roof looks awesome! We also purchased new gutters which took the guy only a few short hours to install... very pleased with those as well. They whole team was extremely professional from the beginning to the end. Also very knowledgeable and helpful with choosing products. The quality of their workmanship definitely shows and I would highly recommend All Service for your home remodeling projects. read more

Steve(the owner) came to the house to get a scope of work. He was very matter of fact. He was straight forward, and fit me into a tight schedule. He helped us get a low interest rate by setting us up with a group of banks that like homes with energy efficiency. Everyone was very professional, and responses were always very quick. The roof turned out great, and they cleaned everything up when finished. I would recommend them for anything you need done around the house, and we are about to higher them to do some more work! read more

We had our roof replaced. Steven came and showed us the different types of shingles they have and explained about the warranty. Mitchell and Steven gave us a very fair quote on the work that they would be doing. We had a old chimney removed that was no longer being used, put in a new roof window and removed a old Dish Satellite. They also took off old roof vents and added new ones. My husband and I have would HIGHLY recommend All Service & Remodel LLC! We will be hiring them to replace our house siding as well!!! read more

I'm very impressed! I called All Service and Remodel to check on what I thought was a leak in my rood. They came out the same day I called. It wasn't a problem with my roof after all. BUT... He explained everything and gave me a few suggestions as to what he thinks would fix the issue and made sure I understood what my next step should be. I could not be more impressed with how quick they were to send someone out to assess my problem and how honest they were about the problem I was having. read more
