Let me start off by saying the process from getting the estimate all the way to completion was flawless. Stephen came out to talk to us , then looked at everything including what would be involved to get the job done, listened to everything we needed and also wanted to have done. He was very personable and welcoming , basically someone you can trust completely and feel he was being honest. We then agreed on what option of the type of roofing we wanted to go with. They started the job on time with no delays , worked everyday ( thank goodness the weather was good everyday) and had it completed on time and in just a few days. We couldn't be happier with how they handled themselves right from the start , keeping our yard clean and not having trash or debris laying around. They protected our property so there were no signs they were even here when they finished. The quality of work is absolutely amazing and looks fantastic!! Special attention was given also to a issue he found that needed to fixed. There was a part of our roof where the chimney is located next to two parts of the roof where they come together that could have developed a pocket where water would have gathered and then eventually caused water leaking into our home. It needed extra work done there and he did this for us. He actually built something to address this and modified the angle so all the water will run off the roof now. A year ago, we have a huge issue with our roof. It was poorly constructed. Somehow, it still passed ACE inspections when we bought the house and left us with a roof that was destined to fail. I wouldn't have known this, I am not handy nor am I a roofer. When we discovered a huge leak in the corner of the mud room after a rain storm the night before. We made multiple phone calls and got multiple quotes. We had no idea where to begin. It was when I made a phone call to All Service and remodel was when things change. There was one thing about Stephen that was different from the other guys. He was thorough and wasn't trying to push me to sign a contract right then and there. We hired All Service & Remodel several years ago for a complete roof replacement. Recently, when a leak developed near our chimney vent, I contacted them to inquire about our 10-year warranty. Their response was incredibly fast, a technician arrived the very next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered the problem wasn't related to their original workmanship or a roof failure. Instead, it was failed caulking on the external vent hood, due to years of weather exposure. Even though the repair was outside the scope of their warranty, the technician promptly fixed the caulking on the spot. Once the caulk had cured they helped me troubleshoot and test the repair to ensure the leak was completely resolved. The subsequent water testing confirmed the repair held up perfectly. I can't recommend All Service & Remodel enough. Both times we've worked with them, they've been helpful, honest and fair and their communication has been prompt and thorough. We will definitely continue to reach out to them for future home improvement projects. read more

These guys are awesome. Steve came to my house and did a very thorough inspection and estimate. He gave me the full game plan of what he would do and what he's seen some other roofers do. We sat down, went over some options, and he did not leave until he was absolutely sure I had no questions. Once we got started, Mitch kept constant communications going. There was not a time that I did not know what our progress was. The work was phenomenal and turned out great. They used high quality GAF products. The few times that I interacted with some of the team members that were actually working on our roof, they were extremely courteous and made sure they were not in our way and showed our safety was important. My initial estimate from a competitor was a little cheaper, so obviously All Services isn't the absolute cheapest option out there, but the value gained from the process, my comfort with the team, and how the quality of the product turned out was far worth it. read more

All Service & Remodel is wonderful. We had our roof and 2 of our large windows replaced. Their communication is beyond great. Steve and Mitch are both very informative about the work they do and do not try to push unnecessary extras on their customers. We were informed by Steve after he did our thorough walkthrough/estimate that the other quote we received from another local company was incorrect and they were actually over-quoting us by several hundred square feet of roofing that we did not have, which totaled well over $6,000! We threw a few unforeseen curveballs at All Service and they were very patient with us and helped us tremendously. We have already talked to several of our neighbors, friends and family members who are in need of new roofs about the great experience we had and we will continue to recommend them. I love my new roof! I can't say enough good things about All Service Remodel. They are timely, professional, cost effective and provide quality craftsmanship. All Service was great, I would have given them a 5 star rating but there was one area of clean - up they missed. The gutters were full of the old roofing nails, other than that they did a great job did everything they said and we got a great roof put on in One day with a great team of installers. They did a little damage to our landscaping but they gave us some cash, which was more than enough to get what they damaged replaced, that shows they care about there customers. Steve(the owner) came to the house to get a scope of work. He was very matter of fact. He was straight forward, and fit me into a tight schedule. He helped us get a low interest rate by setting us up with a group of banks that like homes with energy efficiency. Everyone was very professional, and responses were always very quick. We had our roof replaced. Steven came and showed us the different types of shingles they have and explained about the warranty. Mitchell and Steven gave us a very fair quote on the work that they would be doing. We had a old chimney removed that was no longer being used, put in a new roof window and removed a old Dish Satellite. They also took off old roof vents and added new ones.
