We used Doug to put additional lights in our house that included 10 recessed cans, a closet light,…read moreunder cabinet lighting and over the kitchen sink lighting. We got bids from several electricians and Doug gave me the best bid of all of them. Very reasonable. Once the work started, there were 2-3 people working on the project and they were all so nice and helpful. For example, I thought I would need 6 cans in my kitchen, they assured me that I just needed 4 with the under cabinet lights and they were completely correct, saving me money. They cleaned up after themselves (something I wasn't expecting) and it went completely smooth. It took them 2 days to complete. I would also like to note that I had electricians who were telling me that I wasn't able to get my under cabinet lighting and Doug never once told me anything of the sort. I had the impression that they were doing everything possible to make sure I was completely happy 100%, even coming back after the job was done to rewire some of my switches. Further note, I had lost power about a month later, beginning of March (COLD TIME) :/, due to a wind storm. Once we bought a generator, I called Doug to see what it would take to plug in my generator to my house so we could have heat. The initial amount was high due to the location of the electrical box for my house. Too high after spending so much money on adding all of the above lights. I asked him to do everything possible to try to go cheaper. He promptly came over the very next morning with a another solution that made the price half the amount. (We had no power for 4 days and having heat and water was wonderful!) I can't say enough about Doug. He has a great "bedside manner" and extremely helpful.
