Aaa fence cane and gave us a very reasonable and professional quote in a timely manner. I got several quotes and not only was this the best offer but they had the most options and were easily flexible with us when we slightly modified our plan. It did take a while for the parts they offered to come, but they communicated with us prior to installation and the finished product looks great. We hired AAA Fence to install about 100 feet of fencing and a large gate in our yard. Roman and his team were very prompt and professional throughout the entire process. The fence looks great, and so does all the drilling they had to do for the posts in our concrete. On the one occasion they did not show up when expected, he called us to explain that they had brought the wrong size gate, and he was back at our house by 8:15am the next morning. They had the least expensive estimate of the three companies we got, too. AAA Fence cut my electronic dog fence. They refused to fix it. They lied to my wife when they said they would fix it. Then when we asked them follow through they were rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend AAA Fence to anyone. read more

Our fence blew down in the most recent storm so we hired AAA Fence Co to replace it. We called for an estimate and they came out the next day and gave us our estimate and a promise to have it completed the next week. We were going to be out of state the entire next week so we were very thrilled with this promise as we have two hunting dogs that take off without a fence in the yard, but they would be boarded so it worked perfect. When we returned from our trip nothing was done. AAA had not even been out. I called them 2 times a week for the next 3 weeks only to get the response "we will be out tomorrow". Well after the 4th week after the estimate was complete we finally got someone out. The 3 guys they sent were polite and got right to work. They were supposed to have the fence completed by that Wednesday. However it was not. Upon calling AAA again, the owner did not take responsibility only said we didn't order enough boards, so they'll be out tomorrow, everytime I spoke with this co I got a different excuse from each employee. All i wanted was a time frame or plan, which I could never get. The fence is good quality and finally got completed a month after schedule, but I would not recommend AAA if you need something done in a timely manner, or expect your contractor to be upfront or honest. read more

AAA Fence was referred to me by several friends and family members, so needless to say... I had high hopes and was very excited to move forward on getting our back yard fenced in. My husband and I have been very disappointed with the service compared to what others received a few years ago. The employees have all been very nice, but this company is SLOW. It has taken over 2 months since I paid the $1,000 deposit and here we sit... with poles installed... and no fence... and they still do not have a date for final installation. It's unclear if the scheduling staff is incompetent, or if this company has been hit with some very poor planners "at the top." When I first began calling a month ago, they indicated they were "just so busy." After being pushed for an installation date, they got a crew out to put the poles into place (I wasn't aware they would not do it all in one day... they needed to come back in a few days, likely to allow the cement to set the posts). Well... after a few days went by and we heard nothing, my husband was told one of our installation team members was fired. We were told to call back in a few days and we would get put back on the schedule. A few more days went by and we called again... our fence was on back-order. After not hearing for over a week, I called and was told they just don't know where we stand in the schedule. This would all be a much easier pill to swallow if they proactively communicated with us, but every single point of communication has taken place because my husband or I initiated it. We really regret going with AAA Fence, and wish we would have gone with another company. The summer will probably be over by the time the fence is completed, and the whole idea was to enjoy the back yard more this summer. VERY disappointed customers. read more

I would NOT recommed this company to my worst enemy. I could not even get this company to return emails requesting a quote for a full backyard fence. The worst customer service of any fence companies in the Grand Rapids area. I don't know how this company remains in business when the customer service (or lack there of for that matter) is so horrible. Stay away! read more

I am not one who generally writes reviews but I felt it not only necessary but also more a public service to write this one. After a friendly and timely estimate we agreed to have AAA Fencing install a large and rather costly fence in our back yard. We gave them the required $1500.00 deposit and they gave us a promise date of installation. On our promise date ( which was 3 weeks from deposit date) they never showed. We were told our file was lost but they would be there the following week for sure. Guess what, again no show, no call and more excuses when WE called them. We were told we will have so and so call you back - so and so NEVER called back. I again had to call them and demand an answer to why we hadn't heard from anyone and WHEN was our fence going to be installed??? Oh, and in the meantime they charged our credit card with another $600+ without our knowledge or our permission and then was informed they thought our fence was done and so she charged us the balance ( that wasn't even correct balance, we went with a much more expensive fence design). They had lost our file a second time! We didn't even know they charged it until our card statement came. I wasn't aware that our credit card info was kept in their files without our permission. What was worse was that no one had done any work at our house and communication was a nightmare! When I finally got to talk to someone who was going to take charge of our situation we got nothing but excuses and blaming suppliers to fellow employees! I had requested to talk to the owner but that never happened. I am not sure he is even aware of how our job was handled. We finally got our posts put in the ground (the installer was awesome). Another week passed. No further work was done. I was then informed, after me calling them that there was a shortage of materials needed for our fence (suppliers fault of course) and when asked why we weren't told about this until now they had no good answer. Of course more promises were made and more excuses, finally a month after our promise date and MANY phone calls our fence was done. I do give credit to our local installer, he did an amazing job and felt awful for us but all that happened really was out of his control. AAA Fencing did admit that our situation was not how they normally do business so they gave us a whopping $85.00 off!!! Our fence was well over $3000.00! In this day when customer service can make or break a business, the owner of this business needs to know that how our job was handled was not only disappointing but down right wrong! In closing if you are looking to have a fence done by AAA Fencing good luck you are going to need it! read more
