Although the man running the cash register was adorable, the people at the inappropriately named "help hub" were not only entirely unhelpful, they were also quite disagreeable - borderline rude - they responded to my friendly greeting with hostile stares, and it was downhill from there.

They concluded that the toilet was affected by a manufacturing defect. Lowes would not consider a return. Their suggestion was that I contact the manufacturer.
