My appointment was from 1-5pm today. They arrived early 12:30pm. Nathan and his father were polite and professional. They explained everything in detail where someone who isn't knowledgeable could understand. They inspected my fireplace thoroughly and also everything in the walls. They found out nothing was leaking gas. They did not charge me. These two are a blessing! What great customer service, knowledgeable and professional men. I can't recommend them enough.

A treasure hunt but no gold to be found. So they tore up the left side of the driveway and bingo the found the line. They also replacement an electrical tubing W/ wires to get the street lamp to work. But still no lights. So they dug another hole on the right side of my driveway. And bingo they finally hit gold. So What they did to fix the three sprinklers lines. All failed due to poor workmanship. With the help from Aqua Mist I have the parts to do the job the right way. Great products, dismal installation. I spent $2,080.65 on a mortise mantle ($1,640.00 for the…read moremantle, $100.00 for shipping, $200.00 for installation, and remainder tax). They were scheduled to arrive between 3:00pm - 5:00pm. The moment the installers arrive, around 5:15pm, I should have sent them away for reasons that will go unsaid. Let's just say glossy, red eyes. In their infinite wisdom, they decided to find studs by using a small drill bit and randomly started drilling holes. I had to force them to use my stud finder. Eventually, they found the studs. The bracket that secures the mantle to the wall required a total of (8) screws, they used (4). I attempted to remediate that by removing the mantle, but before I did anything, noticed that they glued, yes GLUED the mantle to the metal bracket. I suspect they used Gorilla glue of some sort. So, in the event we ever want to redo the fireplace, it looks like we are SOL. DO NOT go to Myers. Go elsewhere, anywhere. Don't bother calling them if you have an issue. They don't call back.

They were also able to replace my bathroom vanity top and fireplace surround using granite from the same slab for a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend their services or workmanship to anyone looking to get granite, marble or quartz tops.
