They came and replaced it with a latch meant for a wooden fence, which lasted about a month before cracking the vinyl gate and falling off. We didn't realize it had broken and our dogs got out. We have reached out to Team Property Solutions multiple times and have gotten the run around, and now they are not responding. The gate is currently held shut by an old tire and trash cans.
