The guy who came out was courteous and I looked forward to getting an estimate so that I could move forward with my project. One week went by....no calls. Two weeks went by....no calls. So, I called and spoke with a female who said that she would get ahold of the estimator and get back with me. Another week went by....no calls. So, I called again and left a message with someone who appeared to be taking calls during the lunch hour. He said he would give them the message and they would call back. Another week....no calls. I guess if they didn't think the job was profitable enough, maybe they should have at least had the courtesy to let me know so I could get another estimate. Now weeks have passed by and I have to start all over again with new estimates. They were not reliable at all when it came to returning my calls and I never even got an estimate for the work. I am a businessman too. Good luck running a business that way. You'll be out of business once word gets around.

Part of the wall collapsed this year and I asked for a quote to fix it (it is out of warranty), and I was told they no longer do boulder walls and they could not fix it nor recommend a company to help! Such positive attitudes and hard workers with a full crew of 6-8 men over two full weeks. Totally reshaped our 120'x 70' steep back yard. Redid shoreline, added over 70 steps with hand rails and planted over 1,000 plants. Added tons of rocks for looks with the plants. Created new beach with two seating areas, one at beach and one half way up to our house. All the neighbors love what they did and for very reasonable price.

Sad to say but I cannot recommend this company at all. We had an appointment for them to come out to my property to see my excavation project on Monday, 8/19/24, at 4 pm. I rushed home from work to be there on time to meet them at 4:00 pm and they were a no-call, no-show. I called them at 4:05 to check and see if they were on their way and left a message. No call back. I called them the next day to find out what was going on and left a message. Still, they did not call back. I called a 3rd and final time a couple of days later, and I have still not heard from TB Excavation. When I scheduled the appointment with them, I spoke with Vince Snyder, who does estimates, and everything seemed cool, and they sounded very on the ball and professional. But after blowing me off and not returning my calls I am appalled and feel disrespected. They wasted my time and energy. If that's how they do business, forget it! That is NOT someone you want to hire!
