They do sell products beyond bubble tea, such as other drinks, ice cream and sorbet, and including milk tea or your tapioca bubbles' replacement or removal for a variety of substitutes. I found just the right amount of ice. It was never powdery, shaggy, or curdled. In an era where even simple errors occur to frustrating amounts, or large problems arise surprisingly, the quality of my tea here was great. There were a couple customers already seated in the dimly-lit space. It looked like a college hangout, with a few tables and ample space to mill around and wait while being serenaded by Taylor Swift (the soundtrack of the night). I don't tolerate caffeine too well after a certain hour, so I was happy to see that they offered a decaf tea option in the form chamomile -- an unusual option at a boba shop. I got a hot chamomile tea with bubbles and half sugar. The bubbles were rather soft, even for a hot tea drink, and sweeter than I would've preferred, but it still hit the spot on a rainy fall night. If there were a next time, I would get 30% or no sugar added to offset the bubbles and the natural sweetness of the tea. The employees seemed nice, but I didn't interact with them much. The human-run register only accepted cash, so I ordered at the kiosk to use my card.
