The restaurant was not especially busy--there were a few occupied tables, but certainly not enough to justify waiting over an hour for a salad and two appetizers. That kind of delay simply should not happen. What made the experience worse was the staff's response when we raised the issue. Rather than showing any concern, the attitude came across as dismissive and indifferent, as if our frustration was an inconvenience.
