First off- I don't like the digital ordering. Sometimes I like to ask questions of the employees to help identify what I want to order. Second- why were our cold teas handed to us as warm? Of course they added ice but Jeez! I have NEVER had this happen before. It obviously melted the ice faster and didnt stay cold as long. This was displeasing to me and my daughter. Third- my daughter said there were two type of boba in her drink and she didn't much like that Fourth- my matcha was supposed to be a creme brulee matcha and it didn't really taste any different than any other matcha.

Boba is alright I guess. The price is a bit off-putting as it is around $7-9 a drink, which is normal for Boba nowadays but for the quality of the tea they provide, I feel like it should be a bit cheaper to match other chains. There is also one boba (Dragonfruit) that is around $10, which I didn't think was worth that price. The service is alright, they were typically busy when I visited, so they had a lot of orders to take care of. The atmosphere is nice, good study location or hang out place. The mobile kiosks are placed in an awkward position that makes it hard to get around if there is a big line, but it does make ordering a bit easier. Overall its a good location for boba in the area.

Service was horrible! I was the only person in the shop and not even a Hi or Bye! Got the Strawberry Bubble Swirl which looked like Strawberry puree and boba with milk poured on top of it . Nothing like the picture. The only reason I gave it a 1 are because that's the lowest I can give and that the drink topper that looks like a bear was so cute. Ambiance was clean and empty since it was close to closing time. Super disappointing! But if this the only Boba shop in Amherst then it is what it is! Otherwise find a new spot.

Really tasty mango tea drink! I didn't know what cheese foam was but it's like a cream cheese whipped topping. Delicious! Really fun way to try new flavors

Interesting place. SO MANY choices! I've never had a boba tea and this was a nice introduction to them!

Cute place and convenient location. Staff were very nice and lots of available seating. Purple yam bubble milk was not the best tasting. Strawberry bubble milk was good though and the creme brulee foam added a lot of sweetness and creaminess. Each were about $7 which is a little pricey for its size but the cups were cute. Great boba place.

I personally think the shop was very clean and my order came out very quickly. I got the rose bubble milk tea, which has a very prominent rose/floral scent. The boba was very qq, chewy and bouncy. It definitely helped that the drink was warm to soften up the boba. I definitely recommend the drink. It was soothing especially since it's was very cold that night.

This place used to be a Starbucks years ago. While I miss the Starbucks, this current shop has a wide variety of milk teas, fruit teas, milk drinks... with all kinds of toppings. College kids used to do their school work there when it was a Starbucks, but not so much in this current tea shop.

One of my favorite bubble tea drinks is the brown sugar milk teas. I got a large hoping it was going to be as good as other places but was disappointed with how little actual sugar it was made with. I did like how fresh the boba tasted and found the texture to be perfect. Definitely on the pricey side costing $7 for one drink. I prefer the other boba locations near by.

I ordered the Brown Black Sugar Bubble Milk Tea, the flavor was really really good! Not too sweet, and had a really good tea taste; not just milk and sugar. Cute place, but still set up for COVID-19 restrictions as of mid 3/2022.

Went during their first grand opening week and was pleasantly surprised. Even though I'm sad that Starbucks is now gone, this place really stands out when compared to its competitors in the area. I had the strawberry fruit tea with cheese foam. It wasn't too sweet and had that fresh strawberry taste. I'm a big fan! Students also get 10% off!

I came here the weekend after they opened and it was extremely packed! Considering how many people were waiting in line it moved very smoothly. A group of us decided to order in advance through their site and I highly recommend it since we did not have to wait on line and the drinks were ready shortly after we got to the store. I got the brown sugar and it was flavorful and rich. The store itself is very long and spacious, seemed more of a social gathering spot rather than a study cafe but still a lot of table space for someone to bring their laptop and work to.

Unfortunately this place is bad. Service is slow. They get my order wrong ALL the time. And I feel like the tea is overpriced.

On the menu many items were marked caffeine free. This turns out to be not the case in my experience.

We've been to a lot of the restaurants in Northampton and decided to jump over to Amherst to try a new to me restaurant. This was a cold and damp afternoon, only a day after a snow storm. Mom was excited to order her Tofu Bahn Mi, but I was really looking forward to a big bowl of hot Chicken Pho and a Summer Roll. Our friend tried the Rice Bowl with Steak and Shrimp and a Bao Bun which was delicious. My mom loved her sandwich. The bread alone was enough to make me decide that I must try one next time. My Pho broth was well flavored. The chicken pieces were slightly smaller than what I'm used to from other places, but there was plenty to enjoy. There was an adequate amount of noodles, basil, sprouts and jalapeños. My Summer Roll, while quite enjoyable, was a little difficult to eat. I'm used to having my roll cut in half and this was served whole. The wrapper started to fall apart at one point, but I made sure that I didn't lose anything. Our friend's bowl was good and filling and we were told that the bun was delicious,

Turns out, that was a very apt description. We arrived and got seated at a table with a very nice curved window view. I can imagine being here on a rainy or snowy day and getting to be surrounded by the weather while not having to get wet. The service was friendly, if mostly absent, and fast. This place mostly loses stars on the food. We had: wonton soup, miso soup, scallion pancakes, crab rangoons, happy family, tangerine chicken, and asparagus and snap peas with shrimp. The wonton soup seemed to be a beef broth soup, interesting change up from any wonton soup I've had before, a little salty and good wontons. The miso soup was also a good miso. The crab rangoons were too sweet and the wrapper too thick, thus making it chewy, but at least you could tell there was something in there beyond just cream cheese. The hunt for good crab rangoons continues. The scallion pancakes were very thick, but at least not greasy. The sauce was punchy and pleasant. The asparagus and snap peas with shrimp was positioned as having a light flavor, and that was very accurate. Almost like they were steamed and then served, but you could see a sauce coating them. The happy family was coated in a brown sauce that didn't carry much flavor either, but nothing was wrong either. The tangerine chicken was listed as one spicy out of three, and I'm happy to report they understand spicy rating. While the broccoli was chopped a tad large, the chicken was cooked very well, and you got just some spice on the back end with sweet on the front. Overall, nothing here was bad, but it also came across and middling. If you asked me to write this review a couple days from now I feel I'd have trouble remembering anything about this place except the window seat. I am willing to try some of the other aspects of the menu some time in the future, but I'm not sending anyone running here either.
