Love this place. Everytime we visit my Mom in Easthampton we drive to Hadley to eat at Pulse. It's…read moregreat for both vegans and non vegans because they offer items that are so good my family can barely tell the difference. This time we ordered a Large Blanco pizza which was great because there was plenty to take home for lunches throughout the week. I had the Tex-Mex burger for the first time. It came with a choice of house-made black bean burger, Impossible patty or Beyond patty. I chose the Beyond and I'm really happy I did because it was so good. Normally I would suggest a Cubano sandwich but they were out chick'n and waffles is great too. But today the burger really hit the spot. I had my choice of fresh greens or roasted potatoes which was a no-brainer. These potatoes are the best. I ordered a second order for my Mom to take home. She loves them. Imagine biting into a firm roasted potato skin with a velvety buttery mashed potato inside. Yeah, it's that kind of good! Today was a bonus, I accumulated enough points for a free small pizza of my choice! Heck yeah, that heats up nicely back home for lunches at work during the week. We might have loaded up on desserts... cookies, chocolate mousse, cupcakes, rice pudding, pastries. Oh yes, it's dangerous! There is seating inside and outside in nicer weather. Order at the counter and pay, take a number, find a table and they will deliver your meal to the table. Don't forget to tip your servers! Also check out their grocery and refrigerated section!

Black bean burger was fine; patty on the small side and dry; glad I added sauteed onions. I didnt want to use the aioli sauce; wouldnt be dry if you use the sauce. Bun was terribly dry; I took one bite and decided not to eat the rest of the bun (was it a GF bun?). I'm thankful to have found this vegan restaurant. If you order the black bean burger, get a lot of toppings.

There are at least 2 other boba places from recognizable national chains a couple blocks away, but this one is locally owned. I stopped by about a half hour before closing on a weeknight. There were a couple customers already seated in the dimly-lit space. It looked like a college hangout, with a few tables and ample space to mill around and wait while being serenaded by Taylor Swift (the soundtrack of the night). I don't tolerate caffeine too well after a certain hour, so I was happy to see that they offered a decaf tea option in the form chamomile -- an unusual option at a boba shop. I got a hot chamomile tea with bubbles and half sugar. The bubbles were rather soft, even for a hot tea drink, and sweeter than I would've preferred, but it still hit the spot on a rainy fall night. If there were a next time, I would get 30% or no sugar added to offset the bubbles and the natural sweetness of the tea. The employees seemed nice, but I didn't interact with them much. The human-run register only accepted cash, so I ordered at the kiosk to use my card.

In fact, the space doesn't look much different at all from the way it was laid out under Fosters. Rush Bowls sells two categories of food -$8 Smoothies and $10 Rush Bowls in dozens of variations and permutations. Let's start with their Smoothies. There are seventeen smoothies broken down into four basic categories of Acai, Signature, Rejuvenate, and Juice (Apple or OJ). They have different combinations of fruit (mango, blueberry, peach, banana, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, dragon fruit, coconut, liquids (milks, juices),and an assortment of extras (granola, honey, kale, spinach, granola, acai, peanut butter, whey, frozen yogurt, chocolate sauce, avocado, espresso, and even lemonade). Their twenty juice based Bowls are similar, and you eat them with a spoon instead of a straw. My wife ordered the PB Crunch Smoothie with Banana, Peanut Butter, Granola, Milk and Froyo. I had a sip and loved its distinctive peanut flavor. I went with a Dragon Bowl of Dragon fruit, Banana, Strawberry, Blueberry, Coconut Milk, Apple Juice, chocolate sauce, and three toppers - Granola, Honey and Almonds. I liked it a lot, it had great flavor and plenty of crunch from the granola and almonds. We chatted with the two young ladies who were preparing our order and learned the store had only been open for a few weeks. Apparently, they are busiest lunch time when the locals come in for a quick to go order. My Bowl was pretty filling, so I definitely saw how it is becoming popular as a lunch option.

Ah, the enchanting town of Brattleboro, Vermont, hides a delightful gem within its green embrace -…read more"Superfresh Organic Cafe." Nestled in this quaint corner of the world, this café is a whimsical oasis of organic, vegan, raw enchantment that's uniquely Brattleboro. As I strolled into "Superfresh Organic Cafe," I was greeted by the soothing melodies of a street busker playing their heart out. The café itself felt like an eclectic homey high-vibe retreat, with crystals, plants, and sunlight streaming through the windows, creating dappled patterns on the wooden tables. The best tables are window-side where you can watch the little river and the waterfall. The menu, presented on recycled paper with hand-drawn sketches of the surrounding hills and rivers, revealed a symphony of flavours. I began my culinary journey with a sip of the "Green Goddess," a kaleidoscope of freshly pressed green veggie fruit juice that tasted as crisp as a morning hike in the Vermont woods. For my main course, I couldn't resist the "Kale + Artichoke Dip," a whimsical concoction of Kale + Artichoke Dip covered with brazil nut parm, baked, & served with house-made raw flax crackers & veggies that seemed to capture the essence of the lush local farms. It was a dish so light and refreshing it could rival a dip in the nearby swimming holes. But the pièce de résistance was undoubtedly the "Golden Goddess." It is a frozen/cold smoothie made with Vermont goodness and love in a blended up dream of Mango, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, vanilla, dates, ice, mylk. The staff, with their warm Vermont hospitality and kind high-vibe loving hearts, added to the café's charm. They moved about like friendly spirits, ensuring that every diner felt as if they were sitting down to a meal at a friend's cosy Vermont home. Leaving "Superfresh Organic Cafe," I felt like I'd experienced Brattleboro's heart and soul on a plate. It's a place where local produce isn't just food; it's a celebration of Vermont's natural bounty. If you find yourself in this picturesque corner of the world and crave a whimsical, locally-inspired escape into the world of fresh, organic, vegan raw delights, "Superfresh Organic Cafe" is your portal to a truly Green Mountain gastronomic wonderland.
