Pad thai, Kale Artichoke Dip, Ruben sandwich
Vegan Del Rey ..

Lol two out of the three staff member at the time were extremely rude and not helpful. The other one was so sweet and kind and saved the whole experience. The food was mid and despite being a vegan restaurant, lacked vegan protein.... We ordered a Rueben sandwhich and pad Thai, and both options could've easily have included some tofu or vegan protein but aight. I will say thou that the kale artichoke dip was sooo good. Probably that's the only thing I would get again. The lemonade was so bad. Do notttt get it lmfao, waste of money. The oat chocolate chip cookie was bad, but the ginger molasses one was amazinggggg. Would not recommend Lol sorry!

Mushroom pizza (8" size $18)

Superfresh is a 100% vegan and organic cafe located in the heart of Brattleboro. I have to say I was a bit afraid when arrived to pick up my food and I saw what their pizzas look like. The food here really does look like a bad stereotype of organic/vegan food. But when I tasted my wild mushroom pizza I knew that all my fears were misguided. The pizza is smothered in mushroom pate, spinach, sautéed mushrooms, and vegan cheese. You can either get Daiya or raw cashew cheese. A small ($18) was plenty for me, especially with the huge quantity of toppings, but you can also upgrade to a large for $8. They had already shut down the fryers when I came close to closing so they offered me a dessert instead of the fries I ordered. The mocha cake was rich and decadent, with a crunchy chocolate crust, mocha filling, and mocha ganache topping. The location is really cute and overlooking the water. There's not a lot of space to eat indoors but they had a few tables out on the sidewalk. You should definitely come to Superfresh while in Brattleboro for healthy and flavorful vegan food!

I can't believe I almost missed out on this place. It doesn't seem like much on the outside, but trust me you will definitely want to go in there for some tasty ass vegan food. I got the mushroom cashew cheese pizza & the mocha pie & it was so damn delicious! They have all kinds of things to at & drink here so take your pick. There is also original local art on the walls which are beautiful as well as crystals & other things to buy. I probably should have taken photos of food but I am usually too busy eating to bother w/ that. So I took photos of the artwork & the crystals instead. Make sure you don't miss out on getting something here, you will be happier for it & your body & brain will thank you. The added plus is the friendly staff that work there.

One exit into Vermont off 91 is Brattleboro VT, a hip on hippies, holistically happy, humbly charismatic, and well preserved paradise conveniently located 2 hours from Boston, Burlington, a not terribly far from NYC. The historic town seems to be built around a jetting falls which pours out into the near by Connecticut River. Finding something to eat is no easy task because you have many options to choose from. Like many of the Hudson Valley towns like Cold Spring or Beacon, NY, Brattleboro keeps true to the foundation that has capsulized its history buried in the brick layered buildings scattered along Main Street. One of the classic architectures houses a fantastic find. Superfresh! Organic Cafe. Stolen from the likes of a Curtis Mayfield title track, Superfresh is Superfly! As a meat eater, the flavor of the food is fresh, full, and fantastic. It's the kind of place you bring your newly turned hipster veganemies (i made that up). With a menu only a Vegan would truly appreciate, you have more to choose from then you could have ever imagine. Quesadillas, wraps, flatbread and main dishes on one side of the menu, and on the other side, an equally impressive list of fresh drinks. If that isn't enough, the staff are just as vibrant and with it as the meals and the stories they have are echoed throughout Brattleboro. People just manage to migrate here and stay when they say they are just passing through. Congrats, Superfresh. You may have bear trapped a new resident yet again!

We certainly live many states away but go far out of our way to visit this place when in New England. Worth it for the chocolate banana milkshake alone, and I am getting their book to find out how they make it. We have loved everything we have eaten here. They take healthfulness and flavor very seriously. Understaffed once in a while, but just look out the window at the water and relax. Everyone is very friendly. OMG their salad dressings are fantastic. We'll be back. We love Vermont and Brattleboro.

We went through the city and stoped to get some food. It was the first our stop and we were so happy that found Superfresh Cafe. This place fully vegetarian, but they have huge variety of dishes. I "stared" it in my google maps.

What a beautiful little cafe and what a deeply creative vegan menu - no tofu burgers here! We got the Superhero Hot Chocolate, Matcha Latte, a couple of juices, a macro bowl, and a mushroom burger - very flavorful!

This is a beautiful view of the river!

Overwhelmed is almost an understatement of how I felt here... Which is good! I was happily overwhelmed by all the delicious sounding meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'll describe all the wonder that I got to experience here... -Iced Heroine Coffee: iced coffee, maple syrup, choice of mylk, and a blend of herbs -Hot Cakes: small, muffin-like pancakes with blueberries, Vermont maple syrup, apples, and cinnamon -Hashbrowns over Veggies: greens covered with hashbrowns, carrots, red cabbage, sprouts, and deliciousness Superfresh is more on the pricey side, but it is good quality food and great portion sizes. My 25 dollar lunch was definitely worth it. I would say that Brattleboro is very lucky to have this healthy cafe.

Just the best for healthy choices. Minus all the crap (shoots) out there. Great conscious owner/chef. And helping the animal kingdom as well

The first thing we noticed when we walked in the door was that Christmas smacked us in the face with the best smelling Christmas Tree candle , burning in a super cute entryway. I could hardly wait to get inside to see what else this place had in store. First, there was a fireplace and a couch and a table. In the rest of the dining area, we're all high tops. Not so high that a barely over 5 foot person such as myself couldn't sit comfortably. Our waitstaff (there were two) and were great about offering menu suggestions when I shared flavor profiles I might be looking for and they were attentive and so pleasant. They had super cute Christmas decorations, and were putting up more while we were there. The vibe is super warm and welcoming, and for a short while you feel like you stepped back in time. The tiramisu martini was delicious, as was the blood orange martini. I had the cauliflower with juju sauce at the recommendation of the waitress, and it was honestly the best cauliflower I've ever had! My husband enjoyed his macaroni and cheese with buffalo and bleu as well. The owner/chef, Leslie, came and chatted with us for a little bit before we were on our way. We learned that in the summer they hold concerts, and they have a golf course. There is a distillery on site as well. Everything about this place was excellent, and we are already planning a day date to go back and try more menu items!

I didn't realize they served lunch food (like savory crepes!) or I would have absolutely tried out what they had to offer. The pumpkin spice gelato was delicious, and for an extra 75 cents I added some apple pie filling which was great! The apple pie filling was a bit hot and melted the gelato, but it still tasted delicious together. The seating area was really cute and right on the bridge of flowers, so that was nice. I didn't see any bathrooms and it seems like there was not any area for designated parking. Luckily it was an easy walk, and I was already wandering around Shelburne Falls! Overall, a great stop for some afternoon gelato, and looked like a great place to grab a crepe as well!

There is Italian music playing in the background to make you feel like you're at an outdoor Italian café. After you order and pay, they give you a number, which is called out when your order is ready at the pickup window. They offer gelato, savory & sweet crepes, coffee & tea drinks, lemonade and bottled water. I stopped by Red Dahlia Cafe for a light snack during my visit to the Bridge of Flowers in Shelburne Falls. The cafe was fairly busy on a sunny afternoon. I ordered the Lemon Curd Crepe ($7.50 plus tax) and added a Key Lime Pie gelato ($3 plus tax). The thin soft crepe was folded with whipped cream and a lemon zest curd, sweet & tart flavors. The key lime pie gelato was topped with graham cracker crumbs to complement the crepe. Overall, the sweet crepe and the gelato were great choices for a relaxing afternoon break.

And found this place. Not a big Mexican food fan, but I would find something. This place is great. I, being like a 5 year old kid, ordered a plain chicken burrito. They thought I was kidding. I get that a lot when I order at restaurants lol. They were THEEE nicest guys that worked here. Was kind of refreshing tbh bc you go into most places these days and well....they are people who truly hate working with the public lol. Prices weren't bad at all. It was legit worth every penny and then some. Even if I ordered some plain sh*t, the chicken was SO good and spicy. I know this place already does amazing even without reviews. BUT! If you are in the area and need a restaurant that doesn't close at like 6! Bc Manchester legit shuts down SO. EARLY! Avocado Pit, I believe is open until 9. Smart move on their part. Check it out.
