    Bear butter

YUM! Looked all over the region for a yummy açaí bowl and this was one of the few places that came up! The woman working the counter was also super friendly and let us sample the Bear Butter. We ended up buying a jar to take home. The store also sells lots of art, apparel, and other products made locally

This is the Spot (pun intended) for your juice shots, smoothies and bowls. Fair prices and fresh ingredients. No frozen berries here. Decor is cool and hip and they have local vendors with their products set up for patrons to look at and purchase. I went with a pineapple mango banana smoothie and felt inclined to buy one of their cool dad hats! If you're in the area and want a good smoothie/bowl, served by cool people in a hip facility, come here. Cheers.

Healthy and delicious bowls and smoothies! They let us have a tester of their new bear butter which was the best almond butter I've had. It is pricey, but for someone trying to choose healthier (and tasty) alternatives --- this is it!

I order online a lot as well as go in person. Whenever I order online it's always ready when I get there. When I go in person service is always friendly and fast. Sometimes (rarely though) they will run out of a fresh ingredient but always have a suggestion to replace it with. Cant wait to try some of their new sandwiches and vegan waffles that I've seen recently posted on facebook! Highly recommend this place!

Açaí bowls are great. Nice to have on a warm, sunny day! They hand make the bowl right in front of you. I do wish there was more variety and different types of bowls. Only negative there is!

Overall I like this place, and their bowls are lovely! They are a little pricey, but I think it's worth it every now and then.

In searching for a healthy lunch option that has delivery options on Yelp, I came upon Bowled. I ordered one of their signature açai bowls. It came with an açai base, peanut butter, berries, granola, banana, and chia seeds. The ingredients were all fresh, it tasted delicious and was incredibly satisfying. It filled me up and got me through my workday. Their bowls deliver well so no worries there. My bowl arrived at my door perfect and ready to eat. Not sure what their in house experience is like but as for delivery--get to it!

I ordered a fruit bowl W/bananas, blueberries and strawberries. I received a half full bowl of blueberries, old bananas w/the peeling still on it and 3 little pieces of strawberries (picture below). I refused to eat it because it look like it fell on the floor and was scraped back into the bowl. That's how bad it looked. I also ordered a Protein bowl. Yuk. It was a bowl of spinach, no romaine, couple pieces of hard boiled egg along with/a few other things. The croutons tasted like they were freezer burned. I took all of them out and tried to eat the rest of the food but I just couldn't do it. I will never order from here again. You are definitely one of the reasons I don't really eat out like I use to. Y'all just don't care about the quality of the food anymore. Smh

This time we ordered a Large Blanco pizza which was great because there was plenty to take home for lunches throughout the week. I had the Tex-Mex burger for the first time. It came with a choice of house-made black bean burger, Impossible patty or Beyond patty. I chose the Beyond and I'm really happy I did because it was so good. Normally I would suggest a Cubano sandwich but they were out chick'n and waffles is great too. But today the burger really hit the spot. I had my choice of fresh greens or roasted potatoes which was a no-brainer. These potatoes are the best. I ordered a second order for my Mom to take home. She loves them. Imagine biting into a firm roasted potato skin with a velvety buttery mashed potato inside. Yeah, it's that kind of good! Today was a bonus, I accumulated enough points for a free small pizza of my choice! Heck yeah, that heats up nicely back home for lunches at work during the week. We might have loaded up on desserts... cookies, chocolate mousse, cupcakes, rice pudding, pastries. Oh yes, it's dangerous! There is seating inside and outside in nicer weather. Order at the counter and pay, take a number, find a table and they will deliver your meal to the table. Don't forget to tip your servers! Also check out their grocery and refrigerated section!

Excellent food, not so pleasant atmosphere…read more We stopped at Liza's of Troy for breakfast in Feb 2025 based on good reviews and appealing food pics. The order was taken at the register and then brought to our table. The food tasted great and was served quickly! All the dishes had a beautiful presentation! Coffee was a French press and was really good! The place had no cream or sugar for the coffee. Also there were no salt and pepper shakers on any table. When I asked for some salt they gave me a plastic sauce cap with some salt on the bottom to take it with my fingers. It was quite weird. For some reason "Butternut Squash Bowl" had only one egg while all other breakfast items had two. Not sure why this one was special. The real problem however was the smell. The very first impression we got upon entering was a strong smell of fried bacon and other foods. It was like standing next to a stove because the space is fully open, with no divider between the sitting area and the kitchen. In such a setup you need a strong hood exhaust but that in turn would make a lot of noise. Anyway, instead of taking our time enjoying the breakfast and great coffee we had to finish it asap and escape to prevent our jackets absorbing the smell :( We are giving Liza's of Troy 4 stars is it got 5+ on the food and coffee and 3 on the interior and atmosphere. Food ordered Butternut Squash Bowl - excellent and nicely presented. Had to order additional egg though. Breakfast Bowl - excellent and nicely presented. Big Betty Breakfast Sandwich - delicious.

In fact, the space doesn't look much different at all from the way it was laid out under Fosters. Rush Bowls sells two categories of food -$8 Smoothies and $10 Rush Bowls in dozens of variations and permutations. Let's start with their Smoothies. There are seventeen smoothies broken down into four basic categories of Acai, Signature, Rejuvenate, and Juice (Apple or OJ). They have different combinations of fruit (mango, blueberry, peach, banana, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, dragon fruit, coconut, liquids (milks, juices),and an assortment of extras (granola, honey, kale, spinach, granola, acai, peanut butter, whey, frozen yogurt, chocolate sauce, avocado, espresso, and even lemonade). Their twenty juice based Bowls are similar, and you eat them with a spoon instead of a straw. My wife ordered the PB Crunch Smoothie with Banana, Peanut Butter, Granola, Milk and Froyo. I had a sip and loved its distinctive peanut flavor. I went with a Dragon Bowl of Dragon fruit, Banana, Strawberry, Blueberry, Coconut Milk, Apple Juice, chocolate sauce, and three toppers - Granola, Honey and Almonds. I liked it a lot, it had great flavor and plenty of crunch from the granola and almonds. We chatted with the two young ladies who were preparing our order and learned the store had only been open for a few weeks. Apparently, they are busiest lunch time when the locals come in for a quick to go order. My Bowl was pretty filling, so I definitely saw how it is becoming popular as a lunch option.
