The house special udon noodles are so tasty. The soft perfectly chewy texture of the noodles, the flavorful sweet and salty sauce, and so many veggies and mix of grilled chicken, grilled pork, and shrimp. Will definitely get this again. Also tried the crystal shrimp dumplings, and although these are Not the best I've had, they are passable. I would order them again, but I wish the filling was more flavorful. They are just a little bland. Also tried the summer rolls again...very good, again. Sauce is delicious, and the rolls are large. We were excited to have a hot bowl of Pho to eat on a rainy and cold evening when we visited Lenox. However, I'm just not sure that it was worth $20 a bowl. You order at a stand, you pick up your food at the counter, you bus your own tables, throwing away all of the disposable bowls and utensils. First time there. Ordered at kiosk and took a seat, counter service to get your food. They had water with a slice of fruit out self serve which was nice. We ordered pho a salad and summer rolls, was enough to feed two of us. Paypaya salad was ok, a bit firm, summer rolls were good. Pho had an amazing flavor and was very packed with noodles and other stuff. Could use a little more broth....we found there was just noodles towards the end Served in heavier plastic bowl with large plastic spoons. No recycling; so felt guilty about the amount of trash we were generating. Would be nice if they opted for reusable dishes and then could go with a slightly bigger bowl and more broth. Had the "Amazing Pho" last year (July 2025) and it was truly amazing. I was gone for the winter and was looking forward to enjoying this pho again (July 2026). What a disappointment! Something has happened between this year and last. The pho broth this year was much spicier. That didn't bother me too much. But the noodles were overdone, almost slimy, and the pork appeared to have been left over from what they use in pork fried rice, which gave the pho a rather distasteful bbq-like flavor. I have no comment about the chicken, or whatever it was. It all tasted "cheap" and unhealthy and certainly was not worth the $20 I paid for it. I wonder if the ownership has changed. There were several women working there last year, and this time I just saw a guy. In any event, I will give it one more try, and if it hasn't improved, I will not come again. read more

I am forced to disagree with Brain K. about this being "white people Pho". I know Pho and this one is, although not the best, still fantastic! Same for the Bun. Unlike most of the white people, who "track for the Berkshires" I ordered extra tendon along with the works. The kimchee side was some of the best I have ever had. Sorry Brian but you just do not know what really bad Pho is unless you drive up the road another 5-10 miles to Vong's. They have spicy condiments- the chili oil crisp was mild by my standards- need hotter. What is Amazing is a Vietnamese diner in a strip mail is big news in the foodie desert. Very busy on a Tuesday lunch as a result. Tables are cleaned regularly. Order on the ipad and get called to the counter. Plastic plates and cutlery. Help yourself to water is a nice touch with an orange slice in it. Pho was OK, nice add ins although couldn't finish the whole big bowl -- the amazing variety had shrimp and meat (chewy in many cases). Dumplings were a bit slimy. Amazing Bahn mi was the favorite, pork bahn mi was overcooked. Is this really what Vietnamese eat, I wonder? read more

The food is amazing!! We don't live out this way, but visit family frequently. We tried it a few weeks ago and now are joking it's all we are going to eat when we come out west. The chicken is grilled perfectly. The flavors are strong but not over powering. The portions are HUGE and worth the money. We've ordered the Pho, ramen, pad Thai, and kimchi. All of it is AMAZING. The world's Okayest Pho. The service was fast and friendly. Very clean and had a good throughput. We got the Bahn-me, and Papaya salad. The sandwich was okay, they asked what spice level we wanted (not a typical question for a Bahn-me). We got it medium, if you like spice get it spicy or see if they can do double spicy. The chicken was good but the sandwich over all was bland. The papaya salad (normally comes in various spice levels, but not here) was also almost tasteless. The papaya was shredded larger than normal. This is white people Pho who don't know what Pho is supposed to be. Noone who came in used any of the add ins. Bean spouts, Tai basil, jalapeños. This place should be renamed to Pho To Go, because it is unlike and other real Pho resturant I have encounters and no real Vietnamese people will be seen here. A good gauge of a Pho resturant has 4 indicators. [1] 80% of clients are asian. [2] There are multiple sizes of Pho adding or subtracting a dollar for a smaller bowl and adding for larger. [3] Ceramic bowl served and plenty of chop sticks and plastic reuseable spoons at each table. Each table pre-set with spoons, chopsticks, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, Sriracha, and chili paste. This place had a share bar from entire resurant to use containg hoisin sauce, Sriracha, and water. [4] There is no table service or hot tea on arrival or add the share bar[No other Pho resturant has a share bar (This is an odd Berkshire creation). Unfortunately, all of my four indicators of great or Amazing Pho are unchecked here. The reason for the high rated review reguardless is the tastes are all on point and I really want this place to do well. But the one size which was compartive to a small pho was priced much higher than any Pho resturant in Boston's Ex-Large Bowl. It was like eating Pho out of a coffee can. Everything is To-Go and nothing is re-useable and the bowl is too small in circumference. The throw away spoon is much to small and fimlsy compared to a real Pho resturant's traditional reusable soon. These things may not be a problem in the Berskshires with majority of people never having experiences a real Pho Meal. If you don't like to tip this is the places for you as there is no table service. Everything is pickup at the counter and you bus yourself. But for a nice sit down Pho this is not the place. It's Pho meets McDonalds which may only be acceptable in the Berkshires definately no asians are going to accept this. For the express medical staff next door over this is a blessing and I hope they enjoy this and keep it going but for me I require %100 reusable and my hot tea like %99 of all other Pho resturants. I was very happy they did not bastardize the taste as with Vongs in Pittsfield added Thai seasoning to thier broth because the uncultured customers kept complaining. So the favors of a real pho meal are there but it completely fails all 4 of my indicators of an Amazing Pho meal. read more

Was hot (temperature) but chicken looked and tasted like it was repurposed. Shrimp was rubbery, no flavor, and had green spots n some of them. Disappointed as I heard good things. This place is incredible! Clean and bright. I had the Amazing Pho... the broth was the perfect blend of umami-spice-sweet-hot- and citrus. The meat portion was prepared well, excellent amount of shrimp! Who doesn't love rice noodles! Online ordering didn't complete for me, but I placed a quick phone order which worked and it was ready in 10 minutes. I really enjoyed the Tofu amazing rolls and sauce. Not a regular peanut sauce but a thick hoisin sauce with a good amount of ground peanuts, almost like a paste, in it. The pho was an extra-large noodle bowl with plenty of noodles, and a quart of broth, which is great bc some pho places skim on these things when it's take-out. The shredded chicken and flavor of the broth were good. The broth was wayyyyy too salty, however. I had to thin it out a lot with water to make it edible, then reheat, and then it wasn't as flavorful. The grilled chicken fried rice was also very good. My wife and I ordered last minute take out and I was very impressed. The food was awesome, but there are two reasons why we loved it. First, portions were massive. I could have split my pho in half and still been full and I am a 200 pound man. Second, the Berkshires just don't have an amazing pho Restaraunt, and if they do, I am unaware. Great option. I am not very experienced with Vietnamese cuisine and have only had pho a few times, so I can't say whether the pho here is authentic or not. I had lunch at Amazing Pho with my daughter last weekend and can confirm that the pho there is amazing! I got the grilled pork pho which was loaded with delicious grilled pork, noodles, and a phenomenal broth. Bean sprouts, basil, lime, and jalapeños are served on the side. Chili paste, hoisin, and chili oil is also available if you want them. This was a huge meal even for a 200 pound person like myself, and most people would get 2 meals out of one bowl (cauldron really) of pho. The service is fast with kiosk ordering at the door when you enter. Eating in is self service and you bus your own table when you're done. The place is clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a very casual place with deceptively good food, so definitely check it out. read more

I am a fan. Had the Vegan Pork on brown rice with extra mixed vegetables and it was excellent. Also had the regular mixed salad and it was all fresh and plentiful. Salad dressing and sauce for vegan pork were both served on the side so you could add as much or as little as you like. Very pleasant overall experience. read more
